A full asset transfer out of WeBull into my Fidelity account was completed nearly two months ago on October 3, 2023. Since then, both myself and Fidelity representatives have reached out to WeBull tens of times to request the cost basis information that is required to be updated, and WeBull and their clearing firm still have failed to provide this information to Fidelity. I have called, emailed, and spoken with an agent via the WeBull app on tens of occasions over the last month, and Fidelity reached out to them multiple times before that as well, all to no avail. In order to finally resolve this, I am requesting that WeBulls clearing firm send my accounts cost basis information to FIDELITY (not to me directly) as soon as possible.Customer Answer

I had several thousand dollar worth of Crypto which i planed to hold over a several years hopping the value of asset will increase. this was after last correction in crypto market.recently following the increase in Crypto market i went to check my asset to realize my asset has been liquidated and transferred to another app! this has resulted a big loss to my hard earned money.Webull did not informed me directly beforehand regarding their plan. i feel my privacy and rights are violated.Business Response

On November 14th, I received an email from the company saying, "Recently our clearing firm was unable to send your account related documents using your current email on file, and was required to physically send a paper statement to your address. For this service, your account ******** was charged a paper statement fee of $5 on 11/13/2023. To update your email and avoid these charges in the future, please update your email immediately and reach out to us in help center so we can re-enroll you to electronic statement." I recveived this email at the same address they claim they could not sent to. I confirmed with the company on 11/14 that my email was correct and receiving email. They refuse to refund the $5. Furthermore, they restricted my account so that I cannot liquidate and close it, leaving me with no options for leaving the service or receiving a refund. I was in possession of at least at 30 shares of **** There was a 10 to 1 reverse split. I now have 2 shares. I am legally entitled to 3. Webull is advising they sold off other fractional shares. Webull has taken the position "After checking with the clearing firm, the lent-out shares and others are in different types and they need to be processed separately. Thus, there will be no share to be issued. But you will still receive cash in lieu of the 0.2 and 0.8 shares. Once the clearing firm receives the cash in lieu from the ***** it will be credited to your account. Thank you."I want my shares, I am *********** at least 1 additional share and want that share. I opened up a Webull trading account in 2020 for the purpose of purchasing crypto currency. I made *********** over time and let the account sit with the hope that over time the account would grow organically. A few months ago Webull changed all crypto transactions to it's new Webull Pay App and my account has DISAPPEARED. I have written to the company over a dozen times and they keep putting up roadblocks and new excuses why I can't find my account. It says my password is no good, but when I use it on the Webull Desktop it still works and the account that it is linked to still shows onthe desktop although they claim it is NOT a match for the app. This is OUTRAGEOUS.I just want to close the account and get my money (which is much less than I started with). They keep sending standard responses and I am begging them for someone to talk to, but I am rejected at every turn.Business Response
