  I have a loan with ******** which is owned by Goldman Sachs Group. Twice within a 2 week period they have taken a payment twice out of my checking account. Which is not a small amount $10,000.00. I have been conversing with their complaint department for 3 days and have not had my money returned to my account. Thus causing other issues with paying bills.Do not trust them and will never use them again.

  Everything was fine until my wife had to speak to them sadly she can't talk on the phone and they refused to listen to anything I had to say about it and stated that they don't have to listen to power of attorney paper work

  I had an Apple card and was defrauded out of a few thousand. They didn't approve my dispute of the charges and left me with the bill. As a result, I fell behind on my account and it was closed. If it wasn't for the lack of customer service and empathy, it's the fact they won't let you at least settle the account for the original value without interest. I will definitely be checking who owns my credit card from now on.

  GreenSky is a horrible company from my limited experience. I applied for a loan for a home improvement project, and was told that my credit score was too low to qualify. I asked what my credit score needed to be and the reported a score much lower than my current score. When I confronted my sales rep about it he instructed me to call them directly at which time they provided no specific information. I have good credit, a large salary and a stellar payment history, but I am African American. I'll let the reader draw his or her own conclusions.

  I would give zero stars if I could. I had a $44,000 loan, and paid off $30,000 before even the first statement. But on the first statement, the interest was calculated for $44,000. Total scam.Terrible service.

  The best advise I can give is to stay away from all Goldman sachs products especially their credit cards. Had I known that Goldman had soo many financial problems with their credit products I wouldn't have wasted my time. I won't go as far as to fighting to cancel the account as it's part of my credit portfolio. As consumers let's not damage ourselves as some get back to the company this behavior hurts us more than them. If you have made the terrible mistake of getting a GM branded card from GS don't charge more than 50 dollars at a time for it they aren't reliable in their credit reporting nor do they stand behind their poor automation. I hope ^$@ buys them out in **** at least I can then speak to a human willing to help fix a simple mistake.

  ZERO STARS. This company is not a reputable one, and I personally would never do business with them again. I ended up getting a loan with them because at the time, I needed a furnace/HVAC replaced immediately----it was November and below zero temps forecasted. The furnace company I used handled the financing, going through Greensky for this. They have no customer service at all. You can't talk to anyone on the phone--there is no answer. They put you on hold, then after holding an extended period of time, the call drops. They typically don't respond to emails. My account is currently reported to the credit bureaus as late, even though it is not and they haven't updated the information at *********** for over four months. They haven't responded to disputes nor when I contacted them directly via email. This company is a predatory lender.

  This feedback is for Goldman's Green Sky loan company. They failed to find and cash two payments of mine, were difficult to deal with. I recommend they be rated an F. I have spent about 10 hours trying to resolve their problems. Thank you.

  This is the worst company I ever had to deal with. I chose no interest for a year yet on my statements it show balance with interest. Very deceiving I prefer synchrony bank.
