  Dear ****************** and/or ***************** ******************************** regarding the loan:1. Why is $26,500 shown in the Truth in Lending Disclosures of the loan agreement as the amount financed when our loan was for $21,700?2. Why was $26,500 paid to Safe Step on our behalf when we did NOT authorize you to do so? See the Itemization of the amount financed (e) section.3. Why are the installments based on $26,500 instead of the actual loan amount of $21,700?Please advise as this appears to be a scam by increasing the amount of the loan without our authorization.

  I financed a treadmill thru Greensky on a 36-month no interest loan. Just made the final payment. No issues what so ever. Apple Card on the other hand - terrible experience. I would not recommend the Apple Card. Not customer service oriented at all.

  Terrible customer service!! The are insistent on making things difficult for their customers. I have had an Apple Card through them for years. Last month I got married and changed my name. I'd already changed my name on all credit cards and bank accounts, but my Apple Card slipped my mind until today. Changing my name with other credit card providers was as simple as making a phone call and informing them of the change. I contact Goldman Sachs, and they tell me they can't verify my name change and I need to provide them with the court documents (which I've already locked away and couldn't grab anyway since I wasn't at home). I asked how they were verifying my name, and they said they use government records and there are none for my new name, which is funny because I'd changed my name with the ********************** and the *** several weeks ago. So I'm curious about what government records they were actually looking for. I told them I have my updated drivers license, at which point they told me that state IDs and social security cards are unacceptable in verifying my new identity... which is curious as they used my SSN to verify my identity when I signed up for the card, but they can't use it now? They were more than happy to tell me I can simply close my account and reapply with my new name, taking a hit to my credit score in the process. I closed my account with no intent to reapply. I asked how I can file a complaint, and they said THEY will write and file the complaint for me. And if I want to write and file it myself, so I actually know what is written in the complaint, I would have to write a letter and mail it to them, ensuring that I would also have to purchase envelopes and postage. Changing your name can be a long and frustrating process, but the only frustrating part for me has been trying to deal with Goldman Sachs updating my Apple Card information.

  You get the loan, you make the payments. But they don't process them and hit you with late fees and send notifications in Spanish. It is impossible to contact them, they don't answer the phone, they don't answer email, you can send a snail mail letter to ******* but you'll get an answer in 3 months saying they did nothing wrong. In the portal they want your banking routing information, they will not allow payments with a card. How is this even LEGAL?

  I have the Apple credit card. I paid off my bill and then I get an interest charge due to trailing interest. These companies really know how to rip off their consumer its unacceptable and unethical. There is no reason to have any trailing interest after a card has been paid off. I am not pleased with Apple credit card, and I will be canceling my card.

  THEY BREACHED THEY'RE CONTRACT AND WON'T LET ME OUT!. THEY'RE TRYING TO TAKE MY HOME!. Their Contractors left bare wires in my wall since their installation process. They've been Falsifying documents. Starting equipment with out it being inspected. I have a Long list if things they've done. But for some reason I'm in the Wrong. They have people everywhere helping them. I've been Lied to since the beginning. This is not what I wanted. I was promised way different. NO ONE WANTS TO HELP ME!. I need any help and advice on what to do. Can someone please help me.

  Greensky financed my loan for the foundation work on my house. Greensky is a Goldman Sachs company. Each month I pay my bill in ** dollars. Goldman Sachs has a ************** address and should receive my payment in ** dollars. But each month I am charged a currency conversion fee by Greensky. This is a ripoff in my opinion. I will never do business with GreenSky or Goldman Sachs again.

  I have a complaint about Goldman Sachs. About ****** ****** that works there. Promised me a withdrawal of 100k but only kept taking money from me. Whom ever comes across this company DO NOT TRUST. they will only take money from you.

  GreenSky was a program recommended to me by my contractor. But have terrible customer service, couldn't reach them after hours, and they charged me hidden late fees on a "deferred interest rate".If you have a large project I wouldn't finance it and especially not through GreenSky. I would try to save up to do any large projects.

  They will pend hotel charges forever with no estimated time frame. Its not on the hotel, they have completed the charge and when you call Apple they give you random time frames. I am 14 days in!
