5 starsThe stud part of my earring broke off, which I had only purchased about 1 week before. I contacted Diamonds International, and the lady was very helpful. She sent me the shipping labels to return the earrings to them to see if could be fixed or replaced. They were able to fix the earrings and returned them to me within about 2 weeks. They look great, can't tell that they were fixed. I am very happy with the customer service that I received. I would definitely deal with Diamonds International again. Thank you.Review fromKaren C

Not happy at all with the quality of the ring I purchased, which was quite expensive. Wore it once and it broke. Couldn't return it to the store as I was on a cruise ship and it had sailed away. I tried to return it for a refund of my money, but was refused. The only bright side in the months long ordeal dealing with DI, was their representative, *******. She was kind and patient and , I believe, went out of her way for me. Never did get the resolution I was seeking, but finally did get my ring repaired. I'm still afraid to wear it, as I believe it not to be that trustworthy. Was really a ****** for my vacation. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from DI. Be careful if you are on a cruise. They kind of have you over a barrel if you purchase anything. I had the ring looked at by a jeweler and he thought I way overpaid for it, although the manager assured me I was getting a good discount on it seeing as the season was ending. They were really pushy as to get youto purchase.Diamonds International

I purchased a pair of earrings while on a cruise and when I got home I realized the clasp on one of them did not close. I worked with ******* and he was able to guide me through the steps to get the earrings repaired and back to me as quickly as possible. ******* was great in explaining all steps and working with me to get the repair completed.Diamonds International

1 starOn December 06, 2023 around 4:30 pm, I went in to Diamonds International at ****** *******. A young lady introduced me to this tanzanite bracelet (Receipt#********, I paid $4400, Carat Weight ***** made with silver). The bracelet was too big, so she offered to have 2 stones removed and made into stud earrings. I felt that's lovely recommendations, but I said I do not have that money to buy it. Then their manager ************ came try to push to purchase. He first say we can finance with monthly payment only $367/month. Then he got me to filed up an application with ******** Few minutes later, he told me that wasn't proved. Then he said maybe it just a mistake, when you get home you contact with them to clear it. I was hesitating, he continue to push: "Our store is closing by 5, you still need to make earrings...". "We just use your credit card to complete purchase, when you get home and get TD approval, you will go monthly payment..." I am not willing to give them credit card and said "I not sure if there were foreign charges on my credit card". He respond " there were no foreign charges, because $1 US=$1 *******". After took 3 stones for earrings and pendant (that wasn't done- told no bolt at store?), He finally put the bracelet on my wrist. I was pressured to finish the purchase. When I walked out the store, it was way passed 5pm, store wasn't closing. After I took the bracelet off for shower, it could not put back because the defect clasp. Next day, I did report and showed to ship shopping guide *****, She told me to contact DI directly. I checked internet, realized I was ripped of more than 50% of price. Not able to pay card, I called and emailed DI, I want return and refund the bracelet. But, with back forth email, it was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. They told me "no buyer's remorse" - means no return, they were only able to consider repair or exchange. This itself proved DI is definitely a dishonest company with low integrity sales people.Review fromSuzanne F

A small stone fell out of my ring, I contacted their customer service department, spoke with ******* and the ring was repaired quickly and beautifully. ******* walked me thru the entire process and stayed in touch with me via email updates during the process. On a cruise to ***********, I went to three different jewelers to see if I could determine a general rule of thumb pricing for a diamond tennis bracelet. At every store, I asked to see a tennis bracelet at 5 carats. The first store gave me their best price of $6900. The second store quoted $6500(color for all the was in the **H range and clarity ranged from I1 to SI1). Each sales clerk at the first two stores was able to provide the price. But the entire experience at Diamonds International was completely different. After the sales clerk recited all the reasons for buying from DI, I asked for their best price. For that, she had to get her manager. So ******(******), comes over after several minutes of waiting, and starts telling me word for word what the sales clerk already told me. Like it matters to me if each diamond has a laser engraved serial number! I say all I want is your best price. Keep in mind that the price on the tag is $44,000! He grabs a calculator, punches some numbers in and turns it around as if revealing a prize. It says $38,500. I say I think you made a mistake. He says no. That's his rock-bottom price. He sized me up wrong. He took me for a fool. What a joke that Carnival recommends this place.Diamonds International
