      In 2013 on a cruise to ***********, I purchased a crown of light, ring. The ring has stayed brilliant to this day. In 2017 I bought her Crown of Life smaller band; with both of these purchases we were assured the value of either one would never diminish. and we could use them towards an upgrade.A time had passed, and my wife saw that the additional band had a discoloration to the metal and also the stones On a recent cruise we stopped into DI to find out why the discoloration. From the very beginning it was obvious no one was interested in looking into the problem a heavy sales pitch to upgrade the rings was given, not something in a comparable price range but 7 times more than I had paid for the previous rings.When i suggested a lower price range I was told I had to buy something double the value of what i already owned and there was nothing in that price range available. The salesman became rude and told me i was nonsensical if I thought I could get the full amount out of my rings. And was a fool if i believed anyone did business like that. He had pushed all the right buttons and he know it, he wanted to give me a beer and a chair of which i did not accept either at that point i left the store the yayhoo tried to get me back in, but I do not Deal with rude people who do not back up their products. I had intended to upgrade the rings, but this experience has left me cold. I will continue to advise everyone to avoid getting anything from Diamonds international they don't tell the truth, do not back up their merchandise. `

      Diamonds International customer service representative ******* was amazing. She went out of her way to help with my replacing a blue diamond in my ring with another blue diamond. She emailed me few week to update me on the status. She all of my questions without hesitation. I would have never gotten through this without her assistance.

      Diamonds International went above and beyond for us. They remade a setting for us to fit my diamond. **************** was my contact. She kept me informed and was very helpful. Hey customer service was impeccable. I will always recommended DI going forward and will continue to shop with them.

      Regarding a purchase made for fianc on ******* of the Seas. Blue diamond fell out after 2 weeks but Diamonds International replaced the lost stone in a timely manner.

      Hard to believe Diamond International will do nothing to repair my bracelet clasp or reimburse for a repair.My husband and I have spent thousands of dollars on diamond rings and earrings, watches and bracelets at Diamonds Internatiinal.One product is defective and they do not want to take any responsibility to rectify the problem.Initially sent me to their supplier to contact. Hmm..I am the customer but have to do that myself. Of course the supplier tells me to contact Diamond International for the repair. They only handle the stones in the bracelet not the clasp. Well what good is an expensive bracelet that wont securely close. Disgusted with their response.Losing a customer for sure. Message from ********************************************* ****************:completely understand your frustration but I have spoken with my team about this and we cannot offer our repair services on this piece. As mentioned, if the brand does not directly have the ability to repair the item, we (DI) as the vendor do not either. We cannot honor your request for reimbursement for a local repair as any repair that would have been facilitated would not have been covered and would come at a charge to the customer.Again, I truly apologize for any frustration this has caused but we cannot offer further assistance at this time.Warmest regards,********* **************** Reception| ********************

      Top notch service from Diamonds International! One of the diamonds in a ring I purchased was lost a short time after purchase and resizing. ****************** was instrumental in assisting me with having it replaced free of charge. She provided excellent communication and superior customer service through every step of the process from sending the item out and having it returned to me. Argelias attention to detail and professionalism has earned Diamonds International a customer for life.
