Great customer service! ******** was very helpful and quick to get back to me. My only slightly complaint is it taking a month to get my bracelet back especially once they decided to just replace the bracelet all together with a new one.Diamonds International

I went on a cruise to Cozumel and made a purchase of a bangle. The Salesman guaranteed me that they could customize the bangle before it was time for us to get back to port before the cruise departed. The item was customize but ended up having a defective clasp, which I didn't discover until we got back onto the ship. Once we got back to the states we contacted the customer service center to get the item corrected. I was then instructed to send the item to an office in Florida which is located 12 hours from me. When purchasing the item I was told that local jewelers in my area would be able to correct the jewelry if any thing was needed to be corrected. Which was the first lie that was told to me when purchasing the item. Once the item was received by Diamond International, I was then instructed that they would fix the clasp and correct the size of the bangle to make it more oval to fit my fiancé wrist better, but the time for them to correct the problem would take 6-8 weeks. I just got the item back last week and the clasp has not been fix and the bangle did not fit like it was suppose to. That was the second lie. I tried to contact customer service by calling and emailing them letting them know of the situation and 5 days later they responded. I finally spoke to ****** which was the head of customer service in which she said she would talk to the Jeweler in getting me a replacement and would contact me before noon my time. It is now 2:06pm and I have tried to email and call them several times to get the status of this claim and to figure out what they were gonna do to correct the problem. I haven't heard from anyone and I don't know if I will. I have file a dispute with the company and will never refer anyone to buy from this company ever! It has been almost three months and my fiancé has only wore the item for 3 days because she's afraid that it will come off and lose it due to the defective clasp. If I could give the company 0 stars I would. SO BEWARE!Diamonds International

I needed a jewelry repair for a piece I purchased while on vacation in *******************. Gener was very helpful in getting the shipping information to me, and followed through the entire process. He told me he was sending the shipping label, then followed up to make sure I received it, kept me in the loop on the repair and let me know exactly when it would be returned, with tracking. The whole process was very reassuring because of course we all worry that once we're home in another country, DI might not address issues if they come up. But they definitely took care of everything--it was complete professionalism and attentiveness to get it resolved. Since it was still under warranty, there was no charge. I had an issue with a ring I purchased while on a cruise. I left a message (after hours) for customer service and ***** returned my call. She was gracious and understanding as we worked through the return process. What was most impressive though, Id how she was proactive every step of the way and kept me informed with timely updates. It was clear that it was very important to her that I was completely satisfied, and provided excellent customer service through completion.
