      Experienced an issue with my engagement ring less than 2 weeks after purchase. Everyone involved was super helpful and understanding. Although it took several weeks to resolve the issue and ship me another ring, I was provided with regular updates. The staff at ******************* and ****** at headquarters were all super helpful and worked together to get me another ring.

      Bought a tanzanite bracelet on the ****** cruise ship. It was listed at a very high price and I ended up with a huge manager discount of $2300. Unfortunately the bracelet fell off my wrist 3 times but luckily was able to find it afterwards. The thing that is extremely upsetting is, I took the bracelet for an appraisal and the appraised value is $520.I then researched about tanzanite tennis bracelet online along with the company Diamond International. Please do not ignore the negative reviews as you can find lots of similar all over the internet. They are know for scamming people with overpriced or faulty items. Ive tried contacting ****** to return the bracelet with no help but sent running in circles. Now Im trying to dispute it with my credit card company which is also all kinds of circles and hoops. So be aware and AVOID them unless youre happy to pay up to 4x or more on an item. Even ********* sells an EFFY tanzanite bracelet for $500. Ridiculous.

      I went on a cruise with my husband and family where my husband purchased a new diamond ring for me for my 60th birthday. Two months after having the ring the top of the ring somehow broke off. I contacted Diamonds International as well as my insurance company to file a claim as I thought for sure it would not be covered by the company. I spoke with ******* *. from DI and she was so very helpful from day one. She kept in contact with me from the beginning. She would email me promptly to give me updates and then finally she contacted me with the great news that DI was going to replace the ring to me at no cost to me! What great customer service! I will definitely recommend DI and if you ever have an issue, hopefully not, I would hope that you get ******* *. to help with your case.

      I purchased a silver tanzanite bracelet on a msc cruise in the ************** from diamond international. They told me the price was 399 and I would get a 100 off discount from ******** on msc seascape. I got home and looked them up to see my bracelet was for sale on their website for 299. They are not honest and I will never purchase anything else from this company again. I am a avid cruiser and I just might protest in front of their store the next cruise I take.
