During our last cruise I purchased a Crown of Light ring from Diamonds International in ***********. Unfortunately, I lost two stones from the ring shortly after my purchase. I contacted Diamonds International upon returning home and spoke with ********.******** was absolutely fantastic! She stayed in constant contact with me throughout the entire process and made sure I was well taken care of. She quickly sent me an overnight ***** label to ship my ring back for repair and I received my repaired ringat no cost to mewithin 9 days!I am so impressed with the level of customer service I received from ******** and Diamonds International. They went above and beyond to resolve my issue quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful jewelry and exceptional service!Diamonds International

******** was very helpful and professional to aid in a remedy for a stone that came out of a ring I purchased in ****** ******. I opted to have the stone put back in locally rather than mailing it to *******. She had sent me a ***** label to send the ring but I felt more comfortable dealing with it here in **********. I had a ring i had Purchased through DI on a Cruise in 2019. The ring, through accidental wear and tear" broke. I contacted **************** and received a quick assignment of my inquiry for help/repair from ****** ******. ****** walked me through the process, answered my questions and kept me updated on the request/repair process. The ring was not under any kind of warranty but they were able to repair it for a nominal fee (the shipping overnight is required and a little on the pricey side so i wish they would accept other vendors and/or perhaps 2 day air). I would say i had the best (5 stars) customer service experience through ****** and have received my beautiful ring back repaired and ready for wearDiamonds International

1 starOn the ****** Fantasy, the promise about a ring purchase was that the supporting location at ************** would be able to resize the ring in less than an hour. Well, upon going to the ************** supporting location, they definitely could not resize the ring in an hour as it would have to go off site for resize, however, to make it worse, the design of the ring did not permit resizing without causing the stones to be loosened. So, total misrepresentation by the staff on the ship. In conclusion there is no good course of action here. I would not recommend buying anything from Diamonds International of affiliates. Go to a place with a A plus rating....there are many of them out there. Stay away from this one for sure. Why ****************** would be partnered with a company with such a low rating is mind blowing.Review fromAmelia O

******* husband bought a expensive ring from DI in ******** during a trip on a cruise. I was a lil skeptical but they're legit. I lost a diamond on my ring a lil less than a year now since purchasing. I contacted DI customer service and *** was the best. She had me to ***** the ring to a DI in the **. They fixed my ring fast & promptly & for free. Also, overnight it back to me for free. *** always communicated with me about what was going with my ring & shipping. I'm very pleased with the customer service by *********** fixing my ring promptly.Diamonds International

I saw a beautiful crown of light rose gold 3 Heart ring in the St. ****** store. I didnt purchase the ring at that time. My husband surprised me a few months later for our wedding anniversary. I wore the ring a couple of times. Soon after I noticed 2 diamonds missing. I contacted ****** ****** in the ***** location and after a brief correspondence my ring was on its way to ******* for repair. My ring was repaired at no cost to me. After suffering some damage by the wearer, we sent a DI purchased ring for repair. This process took some time, but was at no added cost. ****** *. was our assigned service agent and was very helpful getting the ring through the process and back in mint condition.
