      I was picked to do a survey, and told I would receive a $20 check for doing so. I never did receive it. This was back in September.

      Hello, my first issue with Nielsen is I sign up for the extension program that they're supposed to you know allow you to earn passive income. I had that for a few years and never cashed out. I tried emailing ****** about five times no response so I let that go. Last month they sent a letter to fill out with the promise to send $10 cash. I have not received this $10 cash. I think this company is taking advantage of people. They're promising things and then don't answer when you tried to reach out to them.

      A few weeks ago I received mail promising a a gift cards. Today an uninvited lady came to my house knocking on my door. She insisted she had to leave a gift when I told her I was not interested. She left a home made basket and an envelope at my door this harassment and violates my safety and privacy. I am concerned about my safety Totally unwanted and unacceptable behavior. I am not interested in any of their mail or gifts and they are not invited to knock on my door. Can you make this stop! Thank you.

      A couple days ago we started getting automated calls from ************ telling us its about a survey and if we want to know more to call back to such and such number (we never listen long enough to see what number wanting to know more. Research on the number says it is from *******. We tried going online to ********* own website to get out number removed. The link to do so on their own website is broken and returns a 404 file not found error. We are not interested in participating in their survey. We ask they remove our number from their call list.

      Nielsen started calling us about 2 months ago regarding participating in a survey of some sort. We said that we didn't want to participate. They called again and we asked them to stop calling us. They have continued calling - virtually every evening. I have set up our phone to block the calls, but since it still rings once when they call, it is very annoying. If they are indeed a reputable business, they need to follow our request and stop calling us.

      Was about a job. That they would pay off credit card debt. Then informed me that I would have to get gift cards for installation of equipment that would be shipped to my house. I have multiple screen shots. Even gave me a bank account to pay off cards.

      The Nielsen company does not recruit participants or employees this way, Nielsen will never ask for bank information or ask you to buy anything for us, unfortunately, looks like you are a victim of a scam.

      I was sent a survey in the mail from Nielsen and was told I would receive $3 if I finished the survey. I was to receive confirmation and payment via email after I completed said survey. The survey was submitted and I have not received payment or any sort of communication.

      Hello,This complaint is about a Membership Representative named ******************* (***) that keeps coming to our home of residence trying to sell us your product. The first time he came to our home, we kindly answered the door and heard him out, however, we were not interested. This occurred on March 13, 2023. We told him more than once that we are not interested. We rejected the welcome gift that he brought along with him, but after we closed the door, he decided to leave that by our doorstep. He then continued to wait by the bottom of our driveway in his car until my daughter came home, which I felt unsafe at that point. I called my daughter and told to circle the neighborhood and not come home until he left. She noticed that he was pulled over on a different street (she saw him on the ring camera and knew what he looked like) and took down his license place and car information to report him to the police. She hasn't yet but she will if he comes to our home the 3rd time. This same man appeared on my doorstep again about an hour or so ago. He didn't wait as long as he did, but we did not open our door. Please have this main refrain from coming to our residence. We are not interested in what he or your company are selling.My residential address is ***************************************************************************. I have uploaded a photo of your member rep and his business card. I will personally reach out to him and have him discontinue his efforts as well.Please contact me as well via email ******************* with confirmation that he and no other member reps will arrive at my doorstep. Please do not mail me anything either.
