I did the radio surveys by mail.. and still haven't received the check for doing them .. how long does it normally take.. I usually hear back soon when I do surveys.Business Response

Had problems with the equipment since installation. I unplugged it and within days a manager came to my door, and convinced me to keep the install and I would be compensated 100 payments instead of the 40 and I would get a gift card. I did get the 100, initially, and two gift cards. The first was as promised and the second was because their equipment fried my Roku box (took a few days for the card to even work). And this weekend I received a check for 25, not the 100. I spoke to a rep that same day, and was told I would be contacted Monday. Rep calls me, waiting for higher up approval this point now. Last two reps were annoyed that I called again, and I still dont have any answers. On top of it, I get multiple calls throughout the quarter and had to take some 30 minute survey, for 25 dollars. This has been a huge pain for Pennies. The only way to get a call back is to unplug their trackers. Wow. The field rep is wonderful, but I feel really disappointed on the upper level management lack of response. This seems to be a trend with Nielsen, promising money and not compensating. Our company sent a check to Nielsen in error. We have made multiple attempts in trying to retrieve the check back to our company, but Nielsen has not followed up with ** in an attempt to returning the check, and instead, cashed it on their end! I have attached all follow up attempts made. Shame on this company! We expect a refund back ASAP; otherwise, we will take this matter to small claims court.Business Response

Nielsen calls me several times a day from *************** days a week at all hours of the day and night. I have asked repeatedly for my number to be removed from their call list. I was told to submit my request in writing, which I did, to which a Nielsen rep responded that it wasn't the right email address for the department that has been calling me, BUT the rep couldn't give me the correct email address. The rep then told me to research the Nielsen web page! The calls and contact from Nielsen need to stop immediately after they confirm to me in writing that they have removed my information from their call lists.Business Response

I was sent a survey in the mail and I completed the survey with the promise that I would receive $20 compensation for completing it. I mailed the survey in and have not received payment. On 5/1/2023 I received a message about a work from home opportunity with this company. However once j began speaking to them via teams, the interview seemed weird. They told me they'd pay my credit cards but I had to go buy Apple gift cards to get my work equipment. Anyways they sent me bank information and told me it wasn't a scam. Over three months ago we told Nielsen that we were not interested at all in their ratings offer. They will not stop sending us marketing material or calling our phone at all times of day and night. We get calls everyday and it needs to stop.Business Response

******* Ratings sent a packet, then later a person came to ask if we wanted to have the device in our home and collect reports. we did not want to, so we said no. They came back again and we said the same, and then months later they sent a different person and we kept saying no, and we don't want to be bothered and we don't want people to be sent here to ask us, when we already said no.
