      Today there was an uninvited person coming with flowers to my apartment insisting to install something that I am not interested in. It is becoming a harassment and violates my privacy. I am concerned about safety as well. Totally unaccetable. I have already got multiple mails asking me to participate in their survey. I am not interested in this survey. Please make them stop! Thank you.

      participated in 3 requested on line surveys with a promise of $15.00 gift card for each. received report of money paid but can't redeem them or find anyone who even knows what they are participated in 3 requested on line surveys w/promise of $15.00 for each survey . received notice that I received the 3 payments but can find no way to redeem them or anyone who knows what they are!!!$

      This company is becoming a harassment. They have mailed me multiple times asking me to participate in their survey. My lack of response should be my answer that I am not interested. They are now showing up at my house. Three times in about a 1 week, uninvited and now making me feel unsafe in my own house leaving me *****************. This is taking a very unwelcome and harassing turn. Please make them stop. I have them on my video security for each visit.

      In December 2022 I completed a very lengthy online survey (Access Code ************) which Nielsen said would earn me a $10 electronic gift card. I have contacted their customer service rep ******* at least 4 times since and they just respond saying they will send it to my E-Mail address, but nothing is sent.

      I was sent a survey from Nielsen and was told I would receive a $30 cash gift if I finished the survey. When i finished the survey online they said I would get an email to receive my cash gift and I never got an email sent to me by them.

      Nielsen will not stop calling me. I've had many conversations with them telling them to put me on their do-not-call list, and they absolutely refuse. Their "customer relations" department called me several times last night insisting that they did not have to stop calling me and that they would continue. I literally had to **** over the woman to tell her to stop calling me. I received another call just this morning. The main number is ************. The customer relations department number is ************. I consider the matter to now be harassment, and I don't know how to get them to stop calling me.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Nielsen has stopped calling me. Their response sounds like an automatic response because I was never "promised" anything other than the person in the "customer relations" department "promising" me that they were completely entitled to keep calling me and would keep doing so. But I have not received a call in several weeks.

      [The Nielsen survey requesting information on my TV viewing was from a *****************************, Chief Resource ******** *************************** See attached.  I mailed it back to Nielsen on 11/23/22 and never received my $20.  I called Nielsen and the lady said to allow 6 weeks and I had already at that time waited 7 weeks and still no payment.  it has now been 16 weeks and no $20 from *************************** This is fraudulant and unlawful.  At the very least i should get double the amount back.

       Nielsen already had my current address when I filed this complaint.  Some lady kept calling me and didn't leave a message then called again and did leave a message.  I called her back and told her my address was correct on the BBB complaint form.  I asked for $40 because of all the delays and nonsense that Nielsen has put me through.  Then Nielsen sent me an email about this.  I told them to communicate through this BBB complaint form and not try to do a side deal.  I was supposed to get this money in December.  It is now April and no money.

      I was sent two surveys from Nielsen in November, they asked me to record my radio use for a week and fill them out and promised to send me back $15 per each completed survey if I sent them back starting December 1st, 2022. My partner and I both filled them out and sent them back on 12/1/22. Since then I have received nothing back and its been over a month now. I would expect to be paid the $30 we were promised for filling out the surveys and dont understand why Nielsen lied about doing so.

      Hello BBB, I did the radio survey for Nielsen in the end of November and I was told I would get $15 check and I promptly mailed my postcard back and I still have not received it. When I call them they just hang up on me.
