    Order was placed and approved for two free. Covid tests November 2023! By January ********************** response to their email confirmation of our order. We were told at that time over a month and a half later it was being sent and it was in transit, here we are yet another month has passed and I tried to track our order and it says ************** but it actually arrived today and it says that we have to send our lab test back to the company within seven days for them to get results of our test however, if it took over three months to get this, what are the chances thats going to be legit !?And no emails and none of the phone numbers as well as not even the online chat option. Legitimate customer customer service you never get anyone you cant even send an email!

    This company is a scam. They keep sending these packages that we did not ask for. These packages come in two forms. One is a vial type COVID test kit where you send your sample vials to Fast Lab. The other is a self test using antigen test strip. I heard from my friends that if I send in the sample vial you will be charged outrageous testing fees. As for the self test kit, I heard that my insurance will be charged for them regardless if I ordered them or not.I have contact Fast lab telling them to stop with sending them. I did not ask for them at all.

    Fast Lab Covid Test are continuing to bill my insurance carrier by mailing Fast Lab Covid Test Kits frequently, when I only ordered one box of the Fast Lab Covid Test Kit. Fast Lab are fraudulently billing/collecting costs from my health insurance provider. This is a fraud!

    This company is a fraud. They make it seem like they are providing free Covid tests, and make it appear as though they are working with the federal government. They are not. The test La are not free. They charge your insurance for every test. They are committing insurance fraud and false advertising. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    I received a box and a pkg from Fast Lab yesterday February 23, ****, The address on the box is *********************************** ..zip code listed is *****;. I ordered an advertised government free kit in November2023. I am no longer ill. ThenIthought it strange it arrived so late and started to research and have discovered these complaints. I was told I could not send the back..they will charge anyway. The prices are ridiculous. I was told they were free and was is contained in the pkgs no way refect pricing. Please help. I cannot afford this.

    On the ******** page they offered free home kits of covid test, I decided to request one for me, and when filling out the application they asked me if I had medical insurance, I said yes, a week later I received a box with two tests, but then they started to send me a weekly envelope or box of covid test, I asked if I had medical insurance. FAST LAB TECHNOLOGIES LLC **************************************** My insurance started sending me alerts that I was getting covid tests weekly and that my insurance does not cover it, I currently have 10 charges for 325 dollars as insurance claims, this has been happening weekly, I have already reported it as fraud to my insurance, but they continue to send and increase my debt on my insurance, I need your help. I have a coronary medical code and I can not stay without medical insurance, for my medical controls and my medications that I must take daily. I come to you for a prompt solution and alert the citizenship of this situation.
