Scam, scam, scam! I was led to believe that I was ordering a free covid test. Gave them my insurance info. I dont remember giving them my credit card number but a $199.99 charge has shown up on my statement from a medical supply place. I disputed it. Today I received the saliva testing kit in the mail.Didn't order it don't want it. From what I have read on all these complaints to the BBB I will probably be charged $325 even if I don't have the test run. Which I won't because I didn't order it!!!! I will not pay this company a dime! Please put these crooks out of business!!!!

Their website states they provide free Covid test kits, however, they bill you for the kits through your Insurance. $395 per test kit is outrageous and their website is false advertisement because they state the kit is FREE!!

I am pregnant and my husband and I were talking about free government covid tests for future and several adds appeared on my social media. I clicked one of them. It was saying government is giving free tests again, check your eligibility asking my insurance information and I sent them. It says that I was approved and they will send my home covid test kit. I received one different looking test kit. It is from Fast lab, a company in ******** which I have never heard their name before. I thought it is a government test, but apparently it is not. It is something I should send them back to be tested, but I was not covid at all so I thought I will never use this test. I got an email from my insurance a week later I *********** from this company on 01/21/2024 and they are charging me $325. I called my insurance and wanted to deny the charge because it is fraud. I saw another charge later. I *********** from fast lab on 01/20/2024 which I did not even get another test on that date. I tried called them several times and they dont answer. I emailed them. I also tried to contacted to their chat system and somebody called ******* finally answered me saying the test I received is free, but I ordered 10 tests so they will come separately with no cost. I only ordered one, not 10 times. ******* said she will make sure they will not send me more and I should not be worried because the tests are free. Today, i saw 2 more claims each $325 for services I got 02/06 and 02/07/2024I did not get any tests or service from this company on these dates as well. I am pregnant and this is making me so much stress. I have been calling my insurance company to resolve this issue, but so far it has not been resolved and I have been charging $325 twice in a week from this fraud company. I am not sure how much I will ended up , but I can not afford this. This company should be stopped somehow not to scam others.

Fraudulent Co. I never requested getting all of these covid kits. Went to request free covid kit from the government and this web site came up. I am retired and on ********* I am sure that they are charging my ******** account. I am sending the 5 kits that you keep sending me back to Fast Labs and want them to STOP immediately! This *** is a scam and should be put out of business.

They are fraudulent, I ordered one free covid test that was advertised as free. Now they will not stop sending them and keep charging my insurance $325 for each kit. The number on the website is not available and no one responds to your messages.

I believe this company is a fraudulent scam. Offering free COVID tests that are extremely costly when sent through ********* My insurance denied the every 2 week - 2 tests . I believe its a garage in ***. Phone number does not work and sent to a chat where they ask you to play games . No contact available - neither phone or email . . I contacted my ***************** and reported fraud . I also blocked them on my email . 2 tests should not cost $500. ( what ***** said they were charging). Even OOP test at a pharmacy is only in the $100 range . And 2 OTC home tests at $25.00. Fraudulent advertising is detrimental to the elderly who dont have access to the internet . Or arent aware of phishing

I sent this note via Fast Lab (completely inadequate) chat line: "Please stop sending test kits to ===== ******, ** *****. Immediately stop billing our insurance company. We did not order the kits and do not want them. We have reported Fast Lab to the **************** fraud division and filed a complaint against Fast Lab with the ************** Better Business Bureau. "

Fraudulent services. I had ordered 1 pcr test and the website said its free of cost to the customer. A week later they started sending me antigen kits after kits and charging my insurance company.I returned all the antigen kits and wrote than a letter stating not to send me anymore soce I did not order any. My insurance company denied all claims from them. At this point I don't know how much they are fraudulently going to bill me, as each kit costs about $ 325 or so which is an insanely ridiculous price. They should be fined and their business closed by the state.
