    Be aware. No one answers the phone, ever!I had filled out the order form on line, but didnt supply an electronic signature or confirmation of the order.They keep sending packages. 5 in the past week or so. I checked my insurance and each package is billed at $ 325.00.Medicaid pays roughly $21.00 and my co-pay is approximately $16.00 per package. I havent opened any of them and intend on shipping them back.Its a scam!

    Fastlabs came up when I went to " free covid-19 test kits " .gov. I ordered the kits but later felt uneasy because my husband mentioned that they might bill ********* I contacted Fastlabs and they did say that the kits were free to me but covered under my insurance. This was not clear to made clear until I asked further. I immediately canceled the order but felt mislead.

    I ordered free Covid test kits. They were delivered erratically over a 1 week period. Every (4) antigen bottle sent was empty. Plus, they tell you you have to take a test and send it back to them within a week so that your ************* WILL NOT BE BILLED FOR TEST KITS. I followed all directions to ***. A few weeks later my ************* sent me a bill. How very disappointing!

    I order a couple free kits for myself and daughter. Gave them all required information incl. insurance. They immediately sent me an email requesting a picture of a valid insurance card. I did so. After a month of not receiving it. I reached out in chat. ******* asked me for my email address because they were having connection issues. They then sent an email asking for an another picture of my ins card. In the same thread I had already sent the first one too. I asked why do I need to resend it that it was literally right there. Never received a response. Ive sent multiple emails since no reply. From reading the complaints I now realize its a bait and switch scam glad I did not receive it now but worried about them having my personal information and billing me. Terrible company and I hope that they are being looked in to by the authorities. Taking advantage of people who are ordering covid tests.

    This company is a total scam !! Offer free Covids tests and continue to send them to you when not needed. Charging your insurance company. I tried contacting them to STOP sending these tests to me.Class action needs to be filed.Im contacting my insurance fraud department. They got to be stopped. Taking advantage of ill Patients and their insurance.

    I havent ever used them but my insurance company keeps sending me them used on my summary statements for October and November 2023. *** tried calling them and they dont accept calls. Ive emailed them 6 times with no response. Ive never used them. Somebody using my identity is using them I am a victim of identity theft I dont live in NY. I live in **************** . They refuse to answer my query who ordered 12 Covid and RSV immunoassay tests.

    I really appreciated the excellent service I received during this chat!!! I'm in the middle of an insurance change (one ends at midnight on Dec. 31, 2023, and the new one takes effect on Jan. 1, ****. That was handled in short time, and very effectively!!!THANK YOU!

    Complete and total scam. Someone needs to file a class-action lawsuit against them. They're CLEARLY advertising FREE services, but then they are billing insurance companies without customer/patient approval. You see a healthcare provider once, you get billed once. Not seeing the provider but continually being billed is fraud and may qualify for medical malpractice.

    I am experiencing the same thing as other commenters here. I got a huge package from my ******** supplement insurance saying they had denied paying these claims from this company. When I ordered them I thought they were free as other commenters did - they billed my ******** supplement insurance $3,250 for 10 tests! These tests aren't worth $325 apiece - at most $10 apiece. I am reporting them to the fraud department of my insurance company.
