    I used the platform to sell an item, and while I was covered with sellers protection, the buyer was able to file a complaint and get a refund from me against my consent and without consulting me. I have yet to receive my sold item and theyve kept my money as well. This is an unsafe platform to do business on and I wouldnt recommend that anyone use it, I would love to see it be investigated.

    A dispute was opened against me about the authenticity of an item since I couldnt prove authenticity Depop arranged a return for the buyer to send the item back. The seller NEVER sent the item back and they already debited money that I would have made from the seller so I am left with no shoes and no money they took everything I couldve made from the sell. They are now siding with the the buyer because the shipping receipt said it was 1lb. Its common knowledge that a pair of shoes with the box weight more than 1lb and 1lb is not realistic for a pair of shoes and box. Depop is refusing to give me my money back.

    I purchased an item from Depop. The seller described the item as in EXCELLENT condition, but it wasnt and Depop **************** agreed. They advised me that the seller wanted the item shipped back and upon shipping and proof of, I will recover my money for the item and up to $20 in shipping. When I shipped it, I sent the proof with tracking. **************** then stated I have to WAIT until the item ARRIVES until I receive my total refund, including shipping. However, after *** shipped the item, its out of my hands. Any issues that would happen after shipping would have to be taken up with **** not me. I did my part. I shipped the item. I provided the proof. I even provided the *** for delivery. I believe I should get my money back immediately and not when its delivered, because I did what I needed to do.

    On Jan 20, 2025 I sold a puffer jacket. After the fees and shipping were deducted I had a profit of $14.76. My payment was available at end of January. I had correspondence with a couple of ************************ in which one promised it would be resolved in one week. I provided my Social Security number, copy of drivers license and copy of check as they said was required - Then all correspondence from them have stopped. They refuse to give me my payout and they will not respond to my emails.

    I have 2 issues with this company. 1st one I ordered a pair of shorts and seller never shipped total price $24.22. When contacting the company they refused to help or refund my money. This is theft!Second issue 5 weeks ago I purchased a **** Spade purse it turned out to be counterfeit and Depop refused any kind of help on this. Selling counterfeits is a crime order price was $22.33. I would like a refund for these orders. Depop should be held accountable for theft and selling illegal counterfeits on platform.

    To Whom It May Concern,I am filing a formal complaint against Depop regarding the unjustified and abrupt closure of my account without a proper explanation or opportunity to resolve any alleged issues.On Feb 12, 2025, I received a notification from Depop stating that my account was permanently closed due to an alleged violation of their Terms of Service, specifically regarding false credentials and/or misleading information related to my profile picture and username. However, my profile did not contain false information, and my profile picturewhile not a personal photois similar to what many other users on the platform have.I was not given any prior warning or chance to address this before my account was permanently disabled. Despite reaching out for clarification, I have not received a clear explanation or fair resolution. Furthermore, this action has resulted in the loss of access to my account, past transactions, and any pending sales or funds.I am requesting the following from Depop:- A clear and specific explanation of the alleged violation that led to my account closure.- A fair opportunity to correct any concerns instead of an immediate, irreversible ban.- Reinstatement of my account if no valid reason for the suspension can be provided.Depops lack of transparency and failure to provide due process in enforcing their policies has caused unnecessary frustration. I hope this complaint will encourage a fair review of my case.I appreciate your time in addressing this matter and look forward to your response.

    Depop is not giving sellers the money owed to them. I had a dispute raised against me for not shipping an item in time, and when I became aware of the dispute I messaged the buyer directly and shipped the item promptly with the shipping label that depop provided me. After I had shipped the item with the label DEPOP provided me, they refunded the buyer on my behalf and refused to compensate me whatsoever, even though the item was already in transit. The shipping label should have never been made available to me if they were not intending on giving me my earnings, and depop should have never refunded the buyer knowing that the shipping label had been printed and the item was in transit. They said I do not qualify for depop protection because I did not respond to depop communication in time, when I had in fact messaged the seller directly through their platform instead of communicating with her through the support ticket. I have attached the **** tracking number of the shipped order that I will not be paid for.

    I woke up this morning to find that my Depop balance was completely wiped, and all my buyers were automatically refunded without my authorization. I did not issue these refunds, and I have not engaged in any fraudulent activity. I am extremely concerned about this and need urgent clarification on why this happened.Could you please review my account and provide an explanation? If this was an error, I kindly request that my funds be reinstated. Additionally, if there are any security concerns with my account, please let me know so I can take appropriate action.I have attached screenshots of my transaction history for reference.     I just started selling my clothes on Depop about 3 weeks ago. At first I had an issue with my bank account connection but then got that sorted out. I have now sold/earned $497 dollars selling my clothes in this platform BUT Depop refuses to send me my funds. It has been over two weeks now of my funds getting pushed back daily and I honestly feel like Depop is stealing and withholding the money I have earned. After doing further research online I have found that thousands of other people have had the same problems with Depop withholding the money we have made. This issue is ridiculous and clearly unprofessional on Depops part. Not only that but their customer service does absolutely nothing. I have emailed over 6 times with no response about my funds or why I have not received them.

    I am writing to address an issue with the wig I purchased from you on February 2, 2025, which was described as 26 inches in length but I received 20 inches. Upon receiving and inspecting the wig on February 7, 2025, I found that it does not match the specified length/ description.I initially reached out to the seller promptly, assuming there might have been a mix-up, and offered to provide photographs for verification. I also inquired about the possibility of returning the wig for a refund, given that I was preparing to be out of town for my anniversary on the following day February 8. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response to that message.Subsequently, I opened a dispute and have been in communication with multiple representatives, exchanging over 18 messages. Despite providing all necessary documentation and evidence, I have been informed that I need to return the wig within seven days to qualify for a refund.I want to emphasize that this situation could have been resolved more efficiently with timely communication. I cannot meet the deadline to send the wig back in a timely manner because I am out of state and I have no family in the state of ********. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response to facilitate a swift resolution.
