    The online selling market (Depop) unfairly suspended me from their app. While I keep stating that the suspension was unfair, they keep fighting me back on it. Additionally, since it is a suspension it should only be temporary, meanwhile everytime i ask for the time frame of how long I'll be suspended, they keep disregarding that portion of the email. It is very unclear to me what will be done with my information or how long I am suspended for, and the depop customer service is of no help. I've reached out on 19 separate emails and haven't gotten back a solid answer that isn't an automatic repeated response that I've already read. Additionally I also have a pending package to ship out, and I can't ship out that package because of depops suspension. I've asked them multiple times for the shipping information since I've already been paid for it and it would be wrong to keep it, but they also keep disregarding that part of my email as well. I am looking for a solid complete answer from the company, not an automated response.

    2/26/2025 I was just informed that my business account on ********************** was closed due to my use of stock photos. I have a large account and sell tons of items. I use a lot of my own photos but sometimes use stock photos and have been very successful. I've made Depop tons of money over the past year. I have constantly been harassed by Depop support. I have been accused of dropshipping and have had my listings removed. I have provided all supporting receipts only to be contacted again to be accused of dropshipping. I had so many listings and was trying to get to all of them. Depop owes me money and my items I sent are still out for delivery. I have been harassed and bullied by Depop users and Depop Support has done nothing about it. I was physically threatened and they allowed the person to keep their account and mine has been closed due to stock images? Stock images are ALL Over the platform. Why am I being singled out? Why? I am going to contact the CEO of the company and let her know how sellers who are very successful are being treated everyday on her platform. Depop support is running legitimate sellers away and thus the platform is dying. They allowed buyers to cuss me and threaten me physically yet nothing happened to them and I have made them thousands and my account gets deleted? It doesn't make sense and it definitely does not make business sense. I have a stalker who has been reporting me EVERYDAY and told me through depop messages that she would report me everyday. I never sold her anything. I don't know why she would target me other than hate and jealousy. I have all the screenshots and will be contacting a lawyer if my account is not reinstated. I gave been selling since 2018 and I had a 5 star rating on the Depop platform. I will be in contact with the CEO, ***** ***** *****, and let her know how sellers are being treated. Going forward I would of course only use my original photos if my account were to be restored. If not, I will be filing a lawsuit .

    Purchased a cookie jar from the depop app. When I received the jar, the top of the jar had a chip and the bottom of the jar was chipped. The item was shipped in a huge box and the top of the jar was separated from the bottom and they were loosely wrapped in paper wrapping with a thin piece of bubble wrap at the top of the box. The item was not securely packaged and the top of the jar banged against the bottom of the jar causing the jar to crack. There is a chip on the top of the jar that I believe was there before the seller shipped the item. The seller avoided taking photos of the side with the chip. The bottom of the jar that is chopped, the broken pieces are in the shipping box. Basically, I beleive this seller tried to scam me by sending a broken chipped item that got further damaged due to poor packaging. I contacted depop support over a week ago multiple times and they are not responding.

    Depop customer support is refusing to assist me and issue out my payouts after my account was banned for "counterfeit items". I looked into them, say other people selling the same bag on Postmark and Mercari, with serial numbers and close **** I did that exact thing on Depop, and I eventually got banned for posting bags with serial numbers and close up photos. There are numerous accounts selling counterfeit bags on Depop and face 0 repercussions.After asking for assistance to get my payments after getting suspended, they told me to send my SSN, and banking information. I did so and they redacted the information for my protection and privacy. The ** I sent over was blurry or something, so I resent the info for a second time, which they never redacted, and it is still visible and that's also when they switched up and said they were going to send me to a specialist department for help and wait up to a week. It's been 2-3 weeks and counting and I still have not gotten any help. Every time I ask for some kind of help, I get the cold shoulder and get absolutely nowhere So now:-it's been about 2 weeks since Depop last replied -Every request ticket I send over, they immediately mark as "Solved" and don't reply to anything -I would send a request ticket from different emails and they would respond back. Then When I tell them my Depop username, they would not respond, and mark my tickets as "resolved"-My private information is still visible (which I am sure goes against some kind of privacy law)-They are refusing to send out payouts after saying I could still get them more than once (which is roughly $270-$300)-They are intentionally disregarding my tickets and needing assistance and asking for them to private my information.-Banned me for having listings with serial numbers and following the guidelines when there are other sellers selling obvious counterfeits and fake items.-They are marking tickets as "soled" almost immediately (check "created" and "last activity")

    My Depop selling Account was hacked. The hacker put their bank account on my selling page. I have reached out to Depop three times to help me. They allowed the hacker to change my bank account to their account. But I am not allowed to change the account back to my bank account. They will not help me. They will not answer, my request through their health center. This all started on February *******. So far, I have lost $90. That $90 was placed into the hackers bank account. I want that money back.

    In December, my Depop account was suspended for allegedly "violating community guidelines." Depop claimed I was selling counterfeit items after flagging a Prada backpack I had listed for $100 as fake. I priced it low because I simply wanted to get rid of it. They also flagged a Chanel f**** pack I had sold, even though I originally purchased it through Depop.I have contacted Depops help desk multiple times, but each response comes from a different representative, leading to inconsistent replies. They also blocked my phone from accessing the Depop app. After getting a new phone, I created a new account, but it was suspended this morning for allegedly violating Depop policies.Additionally, I have faced several issues with Depops customer support, which feels unfair considering I have spent thousands on the platform and successfully sold over 100 items, all with consistent 5-star reviews. It seems particularly unjust because a buyer scammed me out of $106even though tracking confirmed deliverywithout returning the item. After multiple emails and providing tracking details, Depop admitted their mistake and claimed they requested the buyer to send me the $106, as they still have the item. I have not received the payment of $106 ****** now appears that I am permanently banned from selling on Depop, which is incredibly frustrating. This has been one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have ever had with any company.

    Depop has completely locked me out of my account, preventing me from accessing order details, payout history, or any messages. This is part of their tactic to withhold funds unfairly. However, my customers have received their items, and ********************** is now refunding them while keeping my money. I have provided proof of my account with over 500 orders and 5 star review and also successful delivered items to customers. I need my account back this is ********* desired settlement is for Depop to immediately reinstate my account. I was never notified by email about the reason for my suspension; I was simply logged out without any prior warning or explanation. I request a clear explanation of the suspension and a reinstatement, so I can continue selling and running my business

    Sold a ******* **** Black Backpack on 1/20 to a user @biankaarteaga. Sent the bag out on 1/23 and messaged the buyer that I did so. Buyer messaged me 1/26 asking for proof of purchase (tag), the product was listed as used and therefore no tag. The buyer purchased the bag knowing this. For over a week, the user sent me dozens of harassing messages a day saying she would refuse delivery. She raised an issue with Depop. I reported her account for fraud, as she was trying to keep my bag AND get the refund. She informed me she reported me for scam for selling her a fake item, although at this point she hadnt even received the bag yet.Bag was delivered and confirmed delivery via **** tracking and customer service. Buyer claimed it never arrived and reported a second time to Depop for never being delivered.After going back and forth with automated customer support on **********************, they told me I was covered by buyer protection and they could see my bag was delivered. I saw in my Depop balance I would not get paid until the issue with this buyer was resolved. I just checked my account this week and they refunded her money and arent making her send my bag back. So now I am out of a bag and my money.Depop has done nothing to help me and has allowed this person to scam me out of a bag worth over $100, and $70 of my own money (sale money).

    I have sold items with Depop and have over USD $600 owed to me. I filed a help desk ticket (they are very responsive usually). They escalated my ticket and then I never heard anything else. Initial ticket filed Jan 28th, escalated Jan 29th. I do not have an SSN or ITIN, which I have asked about before and they basically said, you're getting your payouts so don't worry about it. I need a way to get my money out since they obviously cannot give me the items I sold back. I now can't get into my account any more, and filing a new help ticket gets no response.

    I ordered a wallet from a seller. He sent me a counterfeit item. I reported this to Depop immediately and want to return the item to get refunded as I do not want a counterfeit item obviously. They said the seller showed them a real receipt so they will not refund me. Even if he showed them a real receipt, this wallet that he sent me is not real. I can literally prove it so its crazy that they are scamming me as well. This app is apparently okay with scamming hardworking people out of their money on counterfeit items. I want to return the item to the seller and get a refund. He and Depop are welcome to scam literally anyone else out of their money with the counterfeit item.
