    I sold an item on Depop and was scheduled to be paid on or before 2/13/24. Depop closed my account and did not pay me my funds from my sold item. I have sent a total of 20+ messages via email and their official Instagram business page. They have stopped responding. I would like my money directly deposited as stated.

    I had sold quite a few things on Depop so I had a redeemable balance of over $300 - I was not able to redeem my balance due to some technical difficulties within the app. I reached out to customer care on the 4th of January to resolve this. I asked them to relink my PayPal account as this is where I used to receive funds from sales on Depop. After about a month of back and fourth, Depop completely removed my available funds, but told me that was because they were in the process of linking my PayPal account. A week later I was notified that my account was suspended due to "disputes" from buyers. This is untrue, every sale that I've made recently has received 5 star ratings from buyers. I was never aware of any disputes at all.I would like my account reactivated and linked to my PayPal to receive the money from my sales. I would also like my Depop payment balance transferred into my PayPal Account. I am unsure of the exact amount that was in there originally as they removed it from my account and blocked my account. I am assuming it was around $300-$400 but if they can find the actual amount and deposit it to PayPal that is fine.

    I ordered a ******* cup from a seller on depop! I received an empty package. The seller obviously scammed me. The seller photos on their page isnt theres!

    Hello, Today I had gone into my Depop account and saw my account had got suspended with over $300 in the Depop account. I had got the email as 3am, once I had woke up and read that my account was deleted and wasnt getting my funds back I sent Depop over *************************************************** the account and I will move forward with legal action. Again no response, it is highly illegal to keep my funds. I keep reaching out every email i find and still no response back. I need my money in my account and they cant keep those funds in there and not give them back. They will not reimburse me and I need my money. I am reaching out with an attempt to get my money and my account back. ********************** was my full time job, and thats how I make my money.     On or around October 4, 2023 Depop was meant to issue a Shipping Label Refund to my bank account totaling $11.02. After not receiving this money and providing proof (including bank statements and a full accounting of what had been paid to me by depop on or around that date) they still did not issue me the refund. They were not able to find any resolution, practically telling me "on our end it's there, figure it out" despite me providing highlighted statements and accounting reports of what was paid out on or around 10/4/2023.

    I sold 2 pair of shoes and have not received funds. Sold on 1/2/24 with payout of $46.18 and sold on 1/7/24 with payout of $55.41. Both buyers paid in full. The money should have been deposited within 10 days after sold. It has been almost a month and funds show as being released yet each day the account says funds will be deposited the next day, then the next day the same thing. I have emailed customer service with no response and there is no working number available to call.

    I have ordered a few items and not a single one has been delivered. The sellers accounts get closed or they claim that they never posted the item. Depop allows international sellers who only use PayPal but depop does not support paypal. Once this happens they tell you to contact paypal that they can not do anything because they do not suppport paypal yet that is the ONLY option for payment! Then it takes 30 days to get your money back. You have to fight to get it back and the sellers keep selling items and do not ship any. If they close their accounts depop lets them close the account even with OPEN ordered! It seems like every seller on there is a scam. I joined and ordered ***** the first 3 days and now I am fighting to try to get all my money back. It is all scam

    I had been using depop for a little under a year just to sell my clothing I no longer wanted. I was constantly getting threatened and harassed on there by other users and in their terms it says that they do not put up with that. I would message them about this many times and they would do nothing. Not to mention they only way you can reach out to them is through the help desk. They dont have a phone number or anything and constantly ignore emails through the help desk. Two weeks ago they out of nowhere suspended my account I never received an email or anything about it. I messaged for weeks trying to figure out why. They continued to lie and ignore me. Now today finally almost 3 weeks later they reply and said that I was selling a counterfeit item. They send me this picture of slippers that I had literally never saw in my life with a typed out caption that is clearly not how I talk and has an emoji that I NEVER use. I then explained to them that I for one dont even own shoes like that and I never posted them like that isnst even my post. They continued to lie and gaslight me and still wont give me my account back. This brand is so unethical

    I sold a sweatshirt on this online platform for my grandson on this platform. The buyer got impatient because of two back to back postal holidays and depop refunded her money. A couple of days later she received the sweatshirt and has decided to keep it.Depop refuses to honor their .seller guarantees and threaten me when I contacted the buyer to pay for it. I have contacted them several times provided proof which they already had that she has the item. they will not compell her to pay me nor are the honoring tgeulir seller protection guarantee. I have since been on online seller platforms and found out they have done this to other people who have sold items on their platform.I feel like they have breeched the contract I am seeking the cost of the shirt be paid to me. they did refund me the selling fees but not the shirt.I have contacted them six times and all I get is the runaround.

    On January 7 2023 Depop reached out to me regarding a claim with a buyer. They determined an item I sold using their marketplace was not properly sized despite complying with the sizing guidelines. They determined a refund was required, took the sale price from my account balance and immediately provided the buyer with a return label. Due to an error on their behalf they issued the return to an incorrect address. Not my address registered with the business or the return address of the item. I asked them to return the sale amount to my account for loosing my merchandise due to their error but they will not reply to my request.
