I sold a pair of boots to user ************ on 03/10/25. Shipped the package on 03/11/25, **** has been experiencing delays due to a lot of reasons, so they didn't update the tracking for some time. In the meantime, ************ submitted a report for the delay. I also submitted a report to Depop to let them know of the **** delay in addition to submitting a report to ****. I communicated that with ************ as well. Depop made the decision to issue a full refund to @dustyflares. A couple of days later, **** scanned the item and a few days after that the item was delivered to ************ (******* ****** - ************************************************* ******************************************. **********). ************ blocked me on Depop to prevent me from contacting them. I followed up with an additional report to Depop and have submitted a handful since to which they have not provided a solution or anything other than saying that they have received the report and appreciate the patience. My assumption is that ************ has stolen the boots and now they have my boots and my money. This could have been avoided by Depop not refunding ************ while the package was in transit. I would like a refund and removal of the negative feedback that ************ added to my profile. Thanks for the help, it's much appreciated!Customer Answer

Hi! I purchased an item from the user ecap3 and my username is ursaiyanprincess first of all the item was initially delivered to the wrong address and I had to open a claim with *** and they located the package and delivered it to me almost a week later Not only that but the item i received was NOT AS DESCRIBED!!! The item i received was a counterfeit/dupe item, I ordered a dress listed as HOUSE OF CB and the price tag on the dress says core brands with a price inconsistent with house of cb and what I paid. There is NO TAG on the inside of the dress indicating it is house of cb, not only that but the dress has TWO BLACK STAINS in the front and back of the lining. Depop support has been no help AT ALL! In fact I was lied to several times the seller has 48 hours to respond and youll receive a refund or return addressIts been more than 48 hours since those emails from depop (actually a week!) and STILL NO REFUND! This is unacceptable! I would like a refund immediately since I received a counterfeit item and the item is also damaged!!I have attached images of the item along with the email of depop acknowledging the item was not as described!Initial Complaint

i sold an item on depop and got paid around $17. they will not pay me and are holding the money. they keep pushing out the payment date and the customer service is absolutely no help. i just want them to pay me what they owe me.Initial Complaint

Depop permanently banned me after I did what was requested of me in order to get my account back. I got suspended for items I posted and didnt know I couldnt post said items because other sellers were selling the exact items. I sent countless emails apologizing and begging for my account back since I received no warning and they told me what to do to fix it, I did exactly as they requested and still they banned me and now blocked me and wont answer my emails. It was a misunderstanding and they went way too harsh. They also lied and told me to fix the issue which I did and still banned me. I want my account back.Initial Complaint

I ordered two pairs of Lululemon leggings through this app. When they arrived, they were obviously counterfeit. Multiple other people were also scammed by this who was selling these items. I reported it immediately to Depop and it took them over a week to even respond to my request. I shipped back the counterfeit items and have yet to receive a refund from Depop. They have yet to send any emails back after I sent proof of shipping. The items back I paid $70 for the items as well as $10 for shipping. They are now just holding my money hostage.Customer Answer

To Whom It May Concern,I am filing a formal complaint against Depop due to the unjust suspension of my account following a false accusation from a buyer from March 30th, 2025. This situation is not only unfair but has also resulted in financial harm, as I have multiple pending payments that I have rightfully earned.On the very day I was supposed to receive my payout, I was suspended without any valid justification. I have always conducted myself as an upright seller, ensuring that all shipments were sent out on time. However, despite my adherence to Depops policies, I am now facing an unjust penalty, while the buyerwho manipulated the systemremains protected.The complaint against me stems from a shipment that, according to **** tracking, was successfully delivered to the buyer's address. However, the buyer refused to pay, exploited the system, and as a result, I am being punished while Depop continues to profit from my belongings without issuing my due payment. This is unethical and unacceptable.Since then, I have already shipped five high-value clothing items, and I need to receive my payments for them. Depop cannot withhold earnings from legitimate transactions while favoring fraudulent claims. As a seller, I deserve the same level of protection as buyers, yet Depops actions suggest otherwise.I am requesting immediate resolution, including:The reinstatement of my account.The release of all pending payments owed to me.A fair investigation into the false accusation that led to my suspension.I urge the BBB to intervene and hold Depop accountable for this unjust treatment of sellers. On Sunday 3/23 I sold an item to a customer on the platform of **********************. I shipped the item on 03/25, two days after the sale using the shipping label provided by Depop. On 03/28 five days after the sale, the customer who purchased my item filed a complaint against me for not shipping. Depop a policy online is that sellers such as myself are to ship out orders before 10 days. I received an email at 5am but 10am before letting me respond to the dispute Depop closed the case in favor of the buyer allowing them to keep my item and taking the money of the sale from my account. In the dispute it states I have 48 hours to respond which I was not granted. The tracking number shows the item is in ******** on its way to the customer. I reached out to ********************** a number of times telling them I scanned the package and their response to me was I didnt ship the pack or provide proof of a tracking number and that violated their policy. Which makes no sense because not only did I ship they have the tracking information. They provided the label. I havent sent them proof and they are saying they will get back to me in a week and have threatened to ban my account. I have not done anything to violate their terms as a seller on their platform and they have allowed a brand new account with no history to purchase an item, wait for it to get shipped and file a dispute to get their money back. Filed a dispute within ****************************************************************************************** *************. I opened a dispute and won the case being asked to return the item. I was also told by the buyer to please return the item and she posted her address. Well, I returned the item the next day at 2:56pm via ****. I then received another email at 8pm saying something different from the original decision. By this point the item was already out of possession and returning back to seller. The items delivered yesterday March 29. I provided the tracking to seller. Well the buyer has related the item, blocked me and Depop has not answered any of my inquiries despite her receiving the item back and them both telling me to return it. I deserve a refund or the items back if the seller and Depop isnt going to honor me as initially agreed. This isnt fair and *** sent several complaints and inquiries to Depop in the past 4 days for no response or resolution.Customer Answer

I purchased and item that was misrepresented on depop! The shoes were listed as the incorrect size. Depop informed me to return the shoes and only covered half the shipping so I ended up paying for an item that was listed incorrectly on their platform.
