I have contacted Depop customer service for two days now regarding the funds from my sales being paid out to me and they refuse to provide any response. Its been a week since I made those sales, all have been delivered yet Depop is still holding the money for whatever reason and not giving me an explanation as to why I havent been paid. I have a pending payout in my account, but my account has been suspended, and they have declined to release the funds. I was informed that I would receive a payout on March 17, 2025. I have a business account with **********************. I believe someone has hacked my account and changed my information so I no longer can get access to the account. I contacted the business over two weeks ago and they responded one time asking for me to screen record my issue. I immediately did that, and replied with that screen recording showing Depop that I am unable to access my account and the email that I received thatI believe to be the scam attempt to steal my information and change my login. Since providing Depop with that screen record recording to show them the issue I have not heard back and I have continuously emailed the company on their Support email over 10 times. No one will reply to me and I am still locked out of my account. I am a seller on this platform and I had multiple items packaged and ready to be shipped but since over two weeks ago when I was locked out of my account, I have been unable to ship those items which will impact my rating once I do regain access to my seller account. I want the company to respond to me and help me regain access to the account as a seller so I can ship out the remaining items that I have sold. After that, I no longer want to do business with Depop. Their customer service and support is absolutely awful. I have never experienced something like this before and to top it offI am making this company a lot of money.Initial Complaint

my account was deleted for no reason. theyre telling me i cant appeal because i violated terms. whenever i ask specifically what i did wrong, they send me a list of things that are a possibility of why this is happening instead of telling me directly. ive gotten item deletion emails and theyre saying those were my other strikes but again with those, whenever id ask what i did wrong and how to fix it theyre give me list of loose rules/possibilities without any specification. i also have $52 from a sale in my account i can no longer get to. i want my account back and i want my money. im tired of robotic and emotionless replies, i want the company to call me.Initial Complaint

Unfortunately, I am writing here because I have not been able to get help through depop support despite my many, many attempts over the last 13 days.On March 3rd, a buyer initiated 4 different transactions with me.1) 9 item bundle ($225)2) jeans ($75)3) top ($12)4) top ($15)I consolidated all sales into a single listing in order to save the buyer shipping costs but when I asked if she'd like me to cancel the sales in order for her to repurchase: she said no, that I could just keep the refunds from the labels since my sales go towards ****** dog vet *******, all four transactions were sent with the 10lb bundle label (**************************).I requested refund for the 3 unused labels and was repeatedly told that I had to provide a screenshot of the label I *did* use - but the app does not allow me to access that used label and the copy I printed went onto the shipped package. Surely you guys have access to it though - it's your label!I cannot provide a screenshot of the label because the app will not allow me access to it. But you have confirmation that the items have been received - the buyer has stated so and rated all items. You also should be able to access the bundle label if it's needed. But even if not, you do have confirmation that the tracking number on the postage came from a label addressed to buyer's - because it came from her purchase of the label through depop!I have repeatedly provided the tracking number, transactions/labels in question, as well and my account info and the buyer's account info. It is so perplexing to me why depop support is consistently unable to address issues -- but it is extremely frustrating. I am attaching screenshots of the 4 transactions listed above, screenshots of conversations with buyer indicating that she has received everything and she is the one who suggested I take this course of action. Hi, I have an account to sell and buy clothes on the app Depop. Someone hacked into my account and removed my bank information. They added their own bank info and cashed out. I had a little over $216 in the account from ********************** users who had bought my clothes. I tried to delete their bank information but Depop wont let me. Ive also tried reaching out to Depop and they responded saying that they need more information including my photo ID, my checking number, my electronic routing number, and my address. I told them I am weary to send them this info and asked what steps they would take to help me get my money back. They havent been helpful since.Customer Answer

I had three transactions which all together total to about 90$ for selling on this platform. My payment was incorrectly sent to a checking account that is closed. It was a **************** account and ***** ***** told me when that happens the payment will bounce and get returned to the merchant. Depop is refusing to send me my payment to an active checking account and they won't transfer me to a supervisor. I've emailed three times and there is no other way to contact them.Customer Answer

After submitting three times on the help website and having to respond back and forth twice to EACH practically begging to be transferred to a supervisor 1/3 actually transferred me and the supervisor told me that the first two transactions did bounce and automatically re routed to my correct checking account and the third they were able to reverse and put back into my depop balance. I'm still super unhappy with how this was handled and I shouldn't have had to beg to talk to someone who ACTUALLY understood my issue and had accurate information about it. I'm going to start selling on other apps after this because i'm still super annoyed. Depop should really have a phone number support center.
