    Place allows other buyers to keep your merchandise and your money. A buyer received a refund for my purse but never returned my item

    My account was hacked so I attempted to contact customer service when I realized this company does not have a customer service phone number and they make it EXTREMLEY difficult to contact customer support. I was in communication with support about my hacked account and they never answered me! Depop is horrible, one star is too many.

    I get suspended and the reason is fake items my items are 100% authentic and verified. I had about 600$ worth of credit on my account at the time of the ban I have been in contact with what seems to be an ai at Depop customer service, this is litterly a joke! Were is my **** money Depop. I have also found out it is illegal to withhold funds from somebody.

    This company has wrongfully suspended my account with 160+ sales, all 5 star reviews and 1-day shipping time. They sent me no reasoning as to why my account was banned. I had to reach out to the company on ******* and still wait another day. They emailed me with a generic message saying I violated the terms and conditions and sent me the link to their entire terms and conditions to figure it out myself! I have always conducted professional business while using this app. The company has $360 of mine being withheld even though I communicated with those buyers and shipped out their items the very next day. There is no way for me to access my account or even talk to a real person at Depop. Beyond frustrated with this experience.

    This company suspends your account for authentic items that they say are fake with no proof of authentication. This company has many fake fauldulant posts and products. Most of my items were high end and had proof. Company can't be contacted either. No integrity at all.

    Let someone keep an item I sold to them and gave them a refund. Told me they have gave me 48 hours to respond and did not. This place is such a scam ***

    Wish I could give ZERO stars. My daughter has been scammed twice with fake tracking numbers and items never arriving. When she reached out to the company for a refund (part of their service guarantee) they blamed her, accusing her of keeping the product. Not a customer-friendly or customer-oriented company. Also, cannot believe my daughter is having this experience twice in a row. Who are these sellers? Is anyone vetted? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DEPOP.

    Ive been a loyal depop customer for about 5 years but ************************* has disappointed me. My account was randomly suspended and I am not able to appeal this suspension. Ive emailed customer service many times but no one will give me a clear answer as to why my account got suspended. Ive checked all my inboxes looking for previous reasons but there arent any! And whenever I try to explain that this issue happened because my account was logged into by someone elses device that was suspended by depop the service workers do not assist. I have gotten the same copy and paste email 7 times. I am just disappointed that this small misunderstanding/glitch has ruined my whole view on depop.

    I have been selling on Depop for a year now, and I have made over 700 sales since then. I have been banned on Depop 3 days ago, and initially I never received any sort of reason as to why. The email I was sent was very vague and unhelpful. They didn't even tell me the amount of time my account would be suspended for. I was trying to understand why and reach out to someone on the Depop team, but even after 14 emails in a single thread, 2 of these simple questions couldn't even be answered for me. I kept on being replied to by bots who said the same exact thing. I even tried to get in contact with a manager and even then my request was denied. I tried reaching out on ******* about my situation and was told to speak through email, even through I wasn't being appropriately helped. I am now going to start a dispute to attempt to get the money that I have earned in that suspended account. ********************** single handedly has the worst customer service I have ever seen and experienced in my life. They are unhelpful, send me automatic messages instead of a real person assisting me, and cannot even answer simple questions I have regarding my account suspension. Please don't waste your time selling on depop because you will be screwed over like thousands of over people have been.
