  This company discriminate against black sellers, they will allow most white sellers to sell replica/ counterfeit items, an there's nothing done, my account was suspended for infringement , I'm very disappointed because it's unfair and discriminating I've only had four listing of fashion ***** because I noticed most white people are selling thier counterfeit items on depop platform , I have money that I should receive and my package I need to track but I can't check the status because my account was suspended for discriminating reasons

  Very poor customer / seller support . I have emailed through zendesk about 15 times with no reply . My issue is an incorrect bank account . My money will be deposited into an incorrect bank account because they will not change the bank account like I requested . And I do not know how to stop the automatic payout . This account number change should take less than 2 minutes to do yet I am going on 5 + days with this issue. And they are ignoring my emails . Don't do business with this depop because if ever have problems that require customer service you will be ignored .

  As a long-time user of **********************, I've enjoyed buying second-hand, dead stock items from the platform. The sellers are usually very kind individuals and for a long time my experience on the app has been great -- until recently. After ordering a pair of jeans through a seller on the app, I was informed that it was delivered to my mail box only to realize it was no where to be found. In the days following the incident, I reached out to all my neighbors and had the management send out a mass email just to receive further confirmation that my package was probably stolen. Living in Brooklyn, **, it's very common for packages to be stolen and for retailers to offer some steps on how to proceed. When I reached out to the customer service team at ********************** they very much let me know that there was nothing they could do since my package was marked as delivered. This policy doesn't sit right with me, since the proper procedure should be to recommend reaching out to **** to file a report. They finally offer this suggestion after I sent in more than one email expressing my concerns about their approach to stolen/lost packages. I have messaged Depop customer service on more than one occasion that I just wanted the seller to be more cooperative -- instead I was met with dismissiveness. The only thing I ever wanted from this incident was more information from the seller about the package b/c the online reporting process for lost items requires you list the sender's address and information. After this entire ordeal, I wouldn't recommend Depop to anyone -- it's customer service is tactless when it comes to buyer's problems. I don't really feel safe knowing that my packages could be stolen and that I would automatically lose money and be treated in a way that's unkind and unhelpful.

  Depop has become a complete woke Joke. Ive been re selling for seven or so years now always under the same name. I've been on Depop for almost a year and so far my transactions and customer communications have all been quite pleasant. This morning I got an email from a service rep named **** L stating that my user name is deemed offensive and they threatened to close my account on grounds of abuse. I've asked what is exactly threatening about a use name and the one I've used for probably longer than this app has even been around but have yet to receive a response. I'm sorry Depop but this trivial nonscense is rediculous.

  My son was using this website to buy and sell products out of nowhere they advise me that my son was banned due to violating the bullying and harassment policy as a parent I asked for more details in which they couldnt provide I asked to have my situation escalated they couldnt do that they have no real age restriction and they are shady when asked too speak too the appropriate department please do not use this website they dont follow correct procedures and when asked for more details they have none to give I will also be filing to get the remainder of my son money from his account that he wasnt issued before the banned the representative ******** is very rude and disrespectful as well like I said this could have been avoided by providing me with more details on the situation as for my son doesnt even know what they are referring too and the buyers on their website have a tendency to spam and say negative things after purchasing an item

  Depop is negligent as irresponsible. They do not appropriately protect users from hacking, and they allow buyers and sellers to be taken advantage of with no easy access recourse. Do not buy or sell with Depop. I'm still trying to resolve my issues, luckily I hadn't added my bank account information when I was hacked multiple times even after changing my password and enabling 2 factor authentication. AVOID DEPOP AT ALL COSTS.

  I ordered a Burberry shirt off of Depop, and the seller stated like new. Unfortunately, she was hugely mistaken. The shirt has two, large rips on both sleeves. The shirt is unwearable. She and Depop will not refund my money because I didnt file a claim in time. I trusted her description, so I didnt discover her lie until I tried it on later.

  This company is such a scam. Their business practices makes you jump through hoops and obstacles. Their fees and lack of transparency for making a sale leaves you confused at how to proceed. Also trying to delete your account is also an ordeal. In order for all your details to fully be erased, you need to wait 90 days! Its solely created that way so you forgot your details are on their site.

  I got scammed, reported the person and many others continued to get scammed because they didnt remove the person off their app. Additionally, I keep seeing videos about how people are always getting scammed on Depop and Depop does NOTHING about it.

  They make it nearly impossible to return items; even when the description is riddled with errors. I received two letters from the post master with proof of delivery and they still sided with the seller; even though the seller had clearly received the item back and had relisted it on depop. This is TWO months after the initial complaint and my son is still without a Christmas gift!
