      Return for Order N3202630. This order was placed on 12/3/2023, item did not fit and was returned 12/10/2023. An email from **&Company was received on 12/22/2023 that the item was received in their warehouse and refund will be processed. I have been patient for the window of time they have set for Refunds. I have called and emailed them. I was told the same response. It is now January 31,2024 and I still havent got my money back. I have been patient and I think my $73 should already be back /refunded by now. Very disappointed. I am not buying from this company anymore.

      If there was an option for no stars, there would be no stars! When NY&CO was an in store company, i was there ALL the time. My entire wardrobe was from ******* i spent THOUSANDS of dollars with them. SInce they have turned into an online store only, I have had nothing but headaches, This last one i ordered 2 shirts, (same but different color), I received them and they did not fit. I returned them and got another size. Still didnt fit, I wanted to exchange them for another item (pants instead), because i already returned the items once, i could NO LONGER return without being charged a handling fee of $9.99. Since they sent both orders seperately, i had to pay the fee twice!!! the fees were MORE expensive than the actual product. I will NEVER EVER order from them again. I called them to see if they could only charge me once. I got no where, they could not accommodate me. I decided to just return and take the hit, but know that they will never be getting my business again. They need to understand, that without having in person stores, people NEED to try things on to see how they fit. I think they do it on purpose knowing this as a way to make money. BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

      sent a return back on Dec 12th and was still waiting for my refund. I disputed the charge with my bank to get my money back. today, I wake up from an email from ****** stating they processed my refund. let's back up, I originally ordered 8 pairs of yoga pants (which are disgusting material these days) at $12 a piece, totaling $96. stated they would deduct $9.95 for return shipping, which means my refund would be $86.05, tell me why, they refunded me $14.05 of my $96 order. they've kept $72 of my money I'm ***********, as every last pair of pants was returned. funny story is, my sister also returned 3 pairs of the same pants, and was refunded the exact same dollar amount I was!!!!! I bought 5 more pairs than she did, how is our refund the exact same amount?? I have proof of this!! this company is going out of business, and just can't accept it.

      I ordered a few items paid extra for a faster delivery. First I did not receive them in time then they were the wrong sizes. When I tried to return them which was 11/27/23. They wanted me to pay for the shipping, which I thought was odd, but I did anyway. I still have not received my refund and today is 1/27/24. Every time I call to speak with someone during business hours they send you to voicemail then they email you. No resolution. Only this is the return policy..

      I purchased some clothes for my wife for a Christmas gift. The clothes did not fit and so I requested a return for a refund. I tried reaching out to ******** and *** via their customer service phone number. This phone number is a joke, no representative ever comes to the phone and after waiting several minutes, it takes you to voicemail. I have left numerous voicemails with no prevail. Not one representative has contacted me back. So after trying to receive a call back with no success, I tried following the instructions and doing my refund request via their company website. As I was going through the process of requesting my refund. I couldn't help but to notice a $10 return fee per item. Talk about ripping customers off, this ridiculously high fee is absolutely absurb! Well fast forward after mailing my items back in, it's been over a month and I have still not received my refund. No one from New York and Company is returning my call or email to advise on the status of my refund. I feel cheated, ripped off and I'm angry because I work hard for my money, every ***** of it and it's a shame that New York & Company has chosen to be a company engaging in terrible, unprofessional, manipulating tactics. I will never ever purchase anything from New York and Company ever again!! Or any company associated with New York and Company for that matter!!

      I sent an order back 01/22/2024 when I sent the package back I tracked the package it was returned on 01/29/2024 @10:00 am and here it is I still havent received my refund and I keep Emailing Them and they responding as If it havent been processed. I really think the customer seri e is horrible you call the number you cant talk to anyone fir a big company like this things should be handled better than this.

      I processed two returns on their website in which it stated I would receive an email with the tracking label, but never did. I have called, LVM, texted, emailed three different emails, and chatted via their website to no avail. I called right after placing an order, and spoke with a rep who was working from home with a newborn screaming in the background; I had to hang up! I love the clothes from this company, but will never order from them again. I will make a claim thru my bank to hopefully recover my money.

      Sounds like every other person is experiencing the same issue as myself. Returned poor quality items. Got email that my return was received. A moth later, still no refund. I have an NY&Co credit card so now they are charging me late fees form items I don't even have because I REFUSE to pay a bill when they are in possession of the merchandise. Now I want to close my account and can't find a way too. This company needs to be shut down. What a shame. A long standing company like this has become such a mess. Which I could give it a zero.

      If I could give them 0 stars I would. This company should be ashamed of themselves. I would warn anyone and everyone to never order a single thing from them. It took them over 3 months, and daily calls and emails to customer service for the last 3 weeks to receive my refund. In those 3 weeks, calling multiple times a day M-F, someone answered the phone ONE TIME!!!! Each email would tell me I needed to wait, it was processing, etc. a different excuse every time. 3 months later, I finally receive a refund and they have the audacity to not even try and rectify the horrific customer service experience by refunding the shipping cost back. This business is one giant scam and would advise anyone to not shop here.

      I returned items for order ******** on November 9, 2023 and have yet to receive a refund credit on my NY&CO credit card. I have been told repeatedly that it is **** business days for the refund to process, and I am now almost 90 days out and no refund. The customer service from them is a joke. No answers the telephone. Stock reply in email of **** business days. I am waiting for the refund to process so I can pay the balance owed on the card. Although I filed a dispute with ************** they still continue to charge me interest. I am ready to pay off this debt, cancel the card and will never do business with New York and Company again. It's a shame. They used to be a good business to work with.
