      I bought 3 dresses at NY and company for the cost of $329.46; however, They do not fit, I want to return them. When I go to the return address it says that I already return them. I contacted NY and company via email multiple time and called multiple time for a return label but no one return my phone call or reply to my emails. It has been 2 weeks already. I will never buy clothes there again.

      If i could give less than a star i would. I bought an item in December 2023 and returned it because it was too big. The received my refund on 1/8/24 and said that i would receive a refund in 10 days. It is now 2/13/24 and still no refund and they are not responding. Please do not ever buy anything from them. They will accepted your return and not give you your refund. They should not be able to be in business doing folks like this.

      The contact number *******-**** listed on here is NOT A WORKING NUMBER for New York and Company!! As so many other complaints/reviews, I too am very frustrated of the unprofessional experience I'm having with this company. I submitted return on 12/29/23 and received an email confirming my return of 6 items received on 01/08/24 and my refund total of $163.37 was being processed. On 01/24/24, I received an "Update on Your Return" stating a delay in processing due to "an unexpected high volume of orders" and have yet to receive a credit on my account. My next minimum payment will be due which will be MORE than what my account balance should be and New York and Company will NOT adjust my account and keep referring me to their order processing center that you can't get anyone to answer and no response via email!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE AND NEW YORK AND COMPANY SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE!!! I will be closing my account and will never patronize ever again!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

      I placed order # N3398866 on January 29th and I m still missing 1 items out of 5 that I ordered. Missing item is the ***** Embellished Booties 6/ _Nude Style:96826752. There is proof the this was not received. I only received one shoe out of the two I ordered. I have reached out numerous of times to their customer care and have never received a response back. I have been a customer of theirs for over 20 years and have never experienced such a horrible experience. This so sad as I see other customers are experiencing the same issues. Ill Id like is to be sent the shoe or get refund.

      I purchased a few items from ***** on 11/27/2023. Unfortunately I was not able to process an exchange when their policy clearly offers that option. According to their customer service rep's ********** the items must be returned ( shipping charge will be applied ) and the desirable (new) size can be re-purchased under new sale price what was much higher then it was in my original order. In this case I just decided to play by their rules and 3 returns out of 4 that did not fit me. The items were returned within the time frame but still no refund was issued. I made several phone calls, it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach any human been at 855*746*76*92 or , there is no way to be able to speak with a manager or supervisor. They ignore emails as well. After multiple attempts I received an email on 01/15/2024 confirming about received items by their center and promises to refund withing next **** business days. The refund still has not been issued. Today is 02/08/2024, made several calls again and emailed. This company service is irresponsible and dishonest. It is absolutely unacceptable what they do to customers, how they run the business and no one takes any responsibilities.

      By far the worst experience I have ever had with this company. Made 2 large purchases on 12/26/23, returned several items on 1/5/24. Got confirmation they received my return items on 1/15/24. Got another email on 1/24/24 apologizing for delay in processing refund. Today is 2/8/24, still no refund and I am paying finance charges on items I no longer have possession of. I will never order from this company ever again. I am cancelling my credit line with them.

      I initiated a return in November 2023. On January 4, **** I received a refund that did not equal the amount of refund due. I am still owed $84.95. The company has stopped responding to me. I email, I call. Nothing.

      I ordered 2 items 12/16/23. I sent them back for a refund on 12/26/23 using their return label I printed out. Today is 1/4/24 and I have yet to receive my refund. I have called the **** number several times, goes straight to voicemail, and emailed the company. On 1/24/24 I received an email from **************** , **************** Specialist, after I wrote to them that I would report NY and Company to the BBB. The email stated that my return was received by them on 1/2/24 and it would take 10 days to process the return and then up to another 10 days to process the refund back to my original payment method. It is now OVER 20 business days and still no refund. This is unacceptable,

      My experience is with the New York & Company Closet subscription. In or about 2020, I really enjoyed their service. The choices were great, user experience was smooth, and customer service was beyond friendly. I'm unsure if they've been acquired by another company or similar, but their user experience, quality, and customer service has recently plummeted. First, you won't get a notification letting you know that it's time for your new box to be sent. Second, you can't put clothes in a queue anymore to pre-filled the upcoming boxes. Third, the customer service is terrible. I paused my subscription at some point last year. A user is supposed to get an email letting them know three days before the subscription is restarting. I got no such email. I honestly forgot about the subscription until a charge came through my card. I attempted to reach out to customer service by email, phone, and chat--nothing! Moreover, the phone number goes to an eerily robotic response saying that the phone number is no longer in service. I'm baffled. This is starting to feel like some sort of sham, which is weird because I thought New York & Company was a legitimate business. Sorely disappointed.

      This company commits fraud because they do not process refunds for returns. Even when you have proof of the return with delivery tracking they still do not process it. They never have a customer service person to reach they have automated responses how they have 4 months of wait times for refund but never sends the money back. They use to be a great company. Do not order from them you will lose your money and products.
