      I ordered 2 items in November and sent the returns in the week of 12/11 and 12/19. It is now 1/19 and I have not received refunds for either item. I have emailed customer service twice now and they've stated they have tried to escalate it but are experiencing delays. 6 weeks to wait on a refund is insane.

      Terrible customer service, constantly lie over and over again. My missing item was sent out but never received, tracking info or the item. Another time I was going to be refunded but never received a refund. I have called, text and emailed several times. Im never ordering from this company again. I am very, very disappointed.

      I returned my entire order on 12/6 for a full refund less the shipping of $9.95. As of todays date I still have not received my refund. I've incurred interest and late fees. I should have allowed the account to close for inactivity. I've shopped with NYCO for years with no issues. However, it was in-store purchases. I will never shop with again.

      Was told they received my return items at the warehouse on 12/7/23. It is now 1/16/24 and still have yet to see my money!!!! Definitely WILL NOT shop at New York & Company anymore!!!My rating is actually 0 stars but had to select 1 to submit this review

      Im not sure how what this company is doing is legal. I placed an order in early-November. The package arrived within two weeks, but the quality of the clothes was horrendous- holes, faded spots, mismatched suits. I retuned every item the very next day. The return was received at the ************** days later. Its now been two months. *** had nearly a dozen emails inquiring about what is happening. All they ever said was there are delays. Two months! Today, I finally got notice that some of my items had been returned. The refund amount they said to expect is nearly $50 less than what I paid. I feel like this is some sort of scam. Im calling my credit card company to see if they can help. This company needs to be shut down.

      Everyone on here needs to file claims with the CC company, PayPal, or however you paid. I too was having the same issues with not getting my returned items processed and refunded, so I filed a claim with PayPal and they got my money back for me! Let the larger companies take care of it. You wont be hearing from ******** and Co! I hope their criminal activities wind up in court!

      I ordered a skirt on Nov 19, 2023. Their policy is to return within 30 days. I requested return label with the hefty $9.95 return fee. I mailed it on Dec. 9, 2023. As of today 1/13/24, the return has not been processed. What is up with that? My bill was due on 1/1/24 to which I paid the difference of the shipping & return fees and their calculation of the returned item which should have left my account at $0. Henceforth, I received a late fee & minimum finance charge totaling $28 extra escalating my bill which included price for item not credited for return. In total it is $54.03. As I stated my account should be $0. I called customer service 15 times the week of Jan. 9, **** with no answer but the call bounced to an answering service to which I left a detailed message w/ my name, email & even phone number. But no one emailed or called me back. This is a poor business, actually very shabby. Since they have become an online only company, their customer service & return department are despicable. I suggest they try HAPPY RETURNS as a return vendor. My package is lost in mail land, first dropped off at **** on Dec 9, 2023 @ 1:06pm and been in transit since Dec 9, 2023 @ 9:49pm, when picked up by independent service. Ridiculous!!I am furious and will not give them another dime. Closing my account & credit card. Absolutely no benefit to having a RUNWAY CARD. Should be called RUNAWAY because this company RUNS AWAY with our money.

      I have placed two orders with them, stupidly. One was shipped entirely with incorrect items. The second order had an item missing. They're impossible to get ahold of and take months to give refunds. Want to charge return shipping despite the fact the order was shipped incorrectly by them. Will not purchase again and will dispute with my credit card company for the latest missing item issue they will not respond to.

      Not the company they once were. Amazing how they collect your money the instant you place an order but after over a month of confirming they have my returned items I am still waiting for my $263 refund!! I have called and emailed many times and they just say they are sorry for delay and please wait 5-7 business days. This is not acceptable!!! I will never order from them again which is a shame. I like their products but customer relations is lacking ??
