      I am sorry to say that NY& ** does not value it's customers and has horrible customer service representatives. I have been basically berated by a rep for ordering an item that didn't fit. I ordered a jumpsuit in an XL, which is what I normally wear in NY& ** pants. However, this particular jumpsuit runs big because when I received it, it was extremely too large. I called CS to inquire about an exchange. I was told that they do not do exchanges. I could reorder the item and return the one that doesn't fit. The jumpsuit was on sale when I ordered it and so I asked for a price adjustment for the same item just a smaller size. The rep asked me why did I order an XL when I knew it was going to be too big and why don't I know what size I wear. When I told her about her audacity to talk to me in such a way she hung up. I called back, but kept getting a recording to call back during business hours. I called again from another number and the same rep answered. I asked for a supervisor and she said they were all in a meeting and hung up.NY& ** was once one of my favorite places to shop when it was a store front. I can no longer do business with a company that allows it's reps to disrespect the customers.

      Had an order supposedly delivered on the 16th of this month.. not delivered to my address. Reached out to **&Co customer service.. never answer the number they have on their website. Have been going back and forth with them since the 16th.. told me to wait 3 business days and file a claim with ****** did that, and asked for a refund or replacement.. continue to send me THE SAME EMAIL about it being delivered, to file a claim, and they cant send a replacement or refund because it was successfully delivered. lol. I did everything they asked me to and am out my money, my package and out of patience. I will be contacting an attorney because theyre scamming and I refuse to allow this to continue. And IGNORE every response they send to this, because itll be generated, tell me to reach out to them, or respond with some asinine motive they said they did for me and it is all FALSE. Do not shop from here!

      New York & Company sent me one pair of shoes from my order and then cancelled the rest without notifying me. The shoes were sent in a beat up shoe box that was falling apart and could not be used to store the shoes. When I asked why I was not informed of the cancellation, their customer service agent sent the same generated 'sorry for your inconvenience' message twice instead of answering my questions. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service and over-all experience with this company.

      Eve A This company is the worst I've ever had to deal with. I've had to do a dispute with my financial institution. I placed an order on 10/12/2023; paid for expedited shipping and nothing has arrived. I've tried calling I get the answering machine that states I've reached them out of normal business hours which isn't true. The hours they listed are 8:00 am to 12:00 a.m., I'm calling at 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. I get the answering machine no matter when I call. This company is such a scam should be closed down. Shouldn't be allowed to conduct business. I want my money refunded immediately.

      I wanted to cancel an order on Saturday. I would call the customer service phone number ****, it would ring for about a minute then hang up. I called on Monday about 25 times between 7am-7pm CST during business hours and an automated system stated they were closed and their normal hours is Sunday-Friday 8am-12am EST. I emailed and they said my order was fulfilled and it was nothing they could do; however, I can still see my order has not been fulfilled. I would also received an email staring it had been fulfilled which I have not received. I strongly dislike the customer service I am receiving and genuinely frustrated. Their response was nonchalant or helpful considering Ive been trying to contact someone all day.

      Absolutely terrible customer service. I sent 3 items back from my order and expected the refund to be processed shortly after dropping my items off at the post office like I normally do returning items to other companies. I never received any confirmation that they received my items or anything. I called twice and was on hold for over 45 min before hanging up the first time. The second time I held for over an hour to be told that they received my items on 9/29 and that they would have my refund processed within 5-7 days. Nothing has happened. I have emailed multiple times and when I called customer service today I got a message saying they can't take calls at this time. I am going to just assume I made a $55 dollar mistake and write the money off that this point but I will continue to stalk them. I even sent a message via their ******** page. Steer clear of this company!!!!!

      Dont use the ******** rental. All contact info does not work including dead phone line. I tried to cancel my subscription and its impossible. Luckily, my cc expired and they couldnt keep drawing on my account. Do not rent from them.

      I have shopped with ******** and ** for many years and absolutely loved their merchandise. Every since they transitioned to online only the service is awful. I placed an order on September 2 and received 2 out of 4 of my items 3 weeks later. I decided to call to get the status of my other items just to be placed on hold for an hour and half. I decided to send a email which I was told that the rest of my items were cancelled because the items became "out of stock." I never received any notification and when I tried to track my order, the website says I need to download an app. to this the status of the order still says preparing shipment. They get 0 stars from me, I only chose 1 because I had to choose something in order to submit my review. This place has gone to the dumps

      I have been waiting over 2 months for a refund from a returned item. I have spent over 3 hours on the phone and over 20 e-mails with no resolution.
