      I made a purchase using a reward card that company sent me, the receipt reflected the correct amount however my card was charge for the original price excluding the reward money.. I have made several attempt bt email and phone to get it rectified and had no luck. I also emai the receipt via emailed and was told I have to pay the original price this is unacceptable.       I paid for standard shipping which was 3-4 days. My item shipped on business day 6 (was not even received, merely shipped then) and they refuse to refund the shipping cost. I hd otherwise qualified for free shipping. They keep saying it shipped within their 5-7 window in denying my refund but their website promised 3-4. I even sent a screenshot. They also lied and said the item had shipped when a shipping label had only been created (it didnt ship 2 days later). They wouldnt cancel order though it hadnt yet shipped when I originally contacted them (I needed it for an event that had already passed hence the reason I paid for fast shipping). It is only 10 bucks but it is really misleading.

      I must express my deep disappointment regarding the unprofessionalism displayed by your company. On September 16th, I placed an order with your company, only to have it cancelled due to the item being out of stock, despite it still being advertised on your website. To my dismay, on September 20th, I decided to give it another try and placed a new order, only to have it cancelled once again, while the item continues to be advertised on your website at a higher price. I find it difficult to comprehend how such practices can be deemed acceptable. I endured an excruciating 4-hour wait in hopes of speaking to a representative, only to be met with utter disappointment as the phone abruptly disconnected. Presently, I find myself trapped in a seemingly endless hold for the past 2 hours, desperately yearning for someone to answer my call, yet to no avail.

      Made a purchase over 2 months ago. Ordered 4 dress. They were okay . Purely made and not good quality for the price. Wrong color was sent plus over charge was made to sale items. Then One of the dress for over 60 dollars came with all the button missing. Every time I contact for a return and refund their system is down.

      I have waited 2 1/2 months for a refund and to no avail. I have called repeatedly and sent emails repeatedly. I purchased 10 pairs of pants and jeans size 24, thinking it was a big girls size 24, while it wasn't. I sent back the jeans and pants, they gave me confirmation they received them and this **** day bs is a crock of c*** They use this excuse that their system is updating and when you call and press #3 for status on refunds, you get left on hold until you get tired and hang up(3 hours). I am completely unsatisfied with New York and company and comenity bank. So that means this includes: sephora, ******** secret, *****'s, *******'s, ulta. Because my wallet was stolen, and I reported it promptly the next day, they shut down all of my accounts and can never be opened again. I feel discriminated against. Because I chose to do the right thing and report to them and review all the charges to make sure they were not fraudulent, I WAs PeNALIZED for doing the right thing, reporting to them my credit card had been stolen. They chalked it up to it being a negative experience, cancelling all those cards unbeknownst to me and them looking at me as though I was a problem customer that was trying to run fraud against their company.!after being reported to the better business bureau, they shared with me that due to a negative experience keep in mind I had my accounts ( all 6 of them)open for 2+ years, was late on one sephora payment and paid it as soon as I found out that it was late ( the next day)and I maintain a good credit score, I still have to go through having all my accounts shut down. Now the reason for this ramble, is because New York and company banks with comeniry bank and this banks thinks that they can do what ever the *uck they want to their customers, won't would now ( due to a negative experience) suggest NEVER applying with a company that has anything to do with ************** They clearly do not have the customer in their best interest and will s****

      I placed an order and received and order number, but it has been ten days later and I have yet to receive any information regarding shipping. I entered my order number and it says it cannot be found. I have tried to call the customer service line only to be left on hold for over an hour. I have no idea the status of my $300 order, nor am I able to contact anyone regarding it. This is the WORST customer service ever.

      I placed two orders with ******** one on September 6th and I received that order on September 14th at 3:17 pm. I placed another order on September 9th and I sent an email on September 15th @ 5:50 am for an order and did not get a response. I then sent another email on September 18th at 2:12 pm requesting to cancel my order and issue a full refund and got a response September 18th @ 2:24 pm from a CSR. The response said that ******* order processing is 7 - 9 business days before it will ship. CSR also stated that they would check with their warehouse to see if my order could be cancelled and to please allow 48 hrs. for an update. I sent and email on September 20th @ 7:47 pm, September 21st @ 4:34 pm and one on September 22nd @ 6:38 and to date; have not received any communication from the company. I called ******* @ 4:03 pm on September 23rd. I was on hold for a whopping 1:47:12. OBSURD. I would not recommend any to patronize ******

      Labor day weekend of 2023 ** and all clearance items were listed on their web for $7.99 . Once you checked out the price increased. Contacting customer service via email and it was said I was correct however a refund still has not been issued. You can email and call many times still no response. Irs going on 3weeks now, still no response. Consumers should not be held accountable for ** and company false pricing. ** and company is misleading consumers on their web page.

      I ordered some items before my vacation. I saw was not going to need the items and returned some items. Only one item was credited and when I tried to contact why returned bit received by phone I cannot get anyone on phone. So I emailed the order number and items . I then get an email I have to look up order numbers . I sent again and still have bling had anyone look into these items. I have bought from company for years and things have changed since some stores have closed down. The return process was never this complicated. I still want a refund for shirts and sunglasses

      So I have been a CC holder with New York & company for yearswhen they actually had a physical store. I see all these comments and I would have never thought this company would basically become a scam!! Placed an order with my cc, used the 3-4 day option and nothing received to date! The order was placed on 09/10 8 days ago! On hold on two separate times, one for an hour and the next 45 minutes. Sent an email twice! NOTHING! I will be canceling my cc no sense in keeping it based on this type of fraudulent behavior!!!
