      I have been a loyal purchasing and paying customer since 2007. Lately their process is becoming more and more shady.. The billing to customers prior to shipping, Then not receiving the order in full, then you have to battle for the removal of charges. Additional charges added to your bill that your not familiar with. The online credit card statement does not have an item breakdown just the total $ due. I request to return to paper. Poor communication between the store and credit company leaves customers lost.

      This company has gone downhill since closing all their stores! **************** is non-existent. I ordered online for the first and last time. I placed an order 2 weeks and 2 days from today. Not once was I ever contacted to say half my order was out of stock. The only reason I know it was out of stock is because I use Shopify and seen a refund issued just today. While my package is simultaneously out for delivery. Therefore they fulfilled my order knowing the item was out of stock and therefore preventing me from canceling the order. Which is sneaking and wrong. I will NEVER shop here again!

      I placed an online order did not receive two of my items and really wanted the items so I re-ordered them. I was told by the online representatives that I would receive a credit, however, this was two weeks now since I called. Then I called back and they told me their system ahs been in process since then and they cannot give me a refund until it's out of "processing". Which is ridiculous. This is just nuts.

      Super sketchy company. I ordered eight items totaling one hundred nineteen dollars and twenty five cents. Before my order shipped, I received 3 individual refunds totaling fifty five dollars and eighty seven cents through PayPal with no email or explanation of what they were refunding. I got a shipping notification saying the other five items shipped. When my order was delivered, it had ONE item in it, that cost nine dollars and thirty nine cents, plus tax. My order was missing FOUR items, including a bodysuit, sweater, skirt, and romper, totaling forty nine dollars and fifty seven cents plus tax. I contacted the company as soon as I opened my package, notifying them off the missing items and requesting a refund. I waited three days before emailing them again as I hadnt heard anything.-They then responded with the following message:Thank you for reaching out! I apologize if you did not receive other items on your order. I just want to let you know that we are currently having a system upgrade right now. As a result, we are unable to pull up your New York & Company account to see you orders. We really apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Rest assured, this has been forwarded to our technical team and we are now fixing this issue. Kindly contact us back after ***** hours and we'll proceed with your concern.-Instead of refunding me for FOUR ITEMS, they are withholding a refund for items not delivered, and expecting ME to contact THEM in ***** hours?! Do not purchase from this company. I wish I had read the reviews on this site before making my purchase. They take your money and then withhold it. Theyre basically treating my money like a loan with no interest. I want the company to refund me my total of fifty three dollars and twenty nine cents. If they do not, I will have to look into what else can be done through PayPal to receive my refund.

      the Return process is latterly garbage and customer service reps are so uninterested in offering any help. I've just tried to create return labels for two separate orders and both ended up in error. I got the label error message and it suggests I refresh the page which didn't change anything. Upon attempting to start the label creating from beginning the items show as returned with no option for printing label. One of my last ordered was late, and I couldn't track it. When I attempted to followed the Track Your Order link in the email, again I got an error so I ended up calling customer service. they very lazily said due to high volume of orders the shipping is delayed but when I asked them to either tell me when to expect to receive it because the link in the email wasn't working, they simply told me they can't help me and can't tell me when to when I should receive the item. I should wait and find out. I was beyond ****** because I paid extra for expedited shipping. they offered absolutely nothing.

      I will NEVER shop with this company again. I made an online purchase of quite a few items. I returned 5 of the items. I only got a refund for 4 items. I have spent 2 months now trying to get this rectified. To no avail. I am getting the run around in emails and on chat. No one ever answers the customer service line. Not to mention none of these people are stateside anyways. I am filing a complain here, with the attny generals office and a fraud alert with my credit card. This is disgusting business practice.

      Shipping horrible!! I placed an order for the same shoes in different color using the 3-4 business day option. Shoes were shipped out one day between each other. One was received within the correct window using **** the other shipped using **** which who knows when I will receive this package. I paid the extra $2 to have both the shoes delivered ON TIME. ******* was very unhelpful telling me it would take 5-7 business days.

      They still haven't given my refund back from April. They haven't responded to my last email regarding my refund. I guess I can kiss that good bye. Used to be such a good store back in the day. I remember shopping there in person. Really gone down hill. They have cute stuff, but I will never shop there again and will discourage others from shopping there as well. I work hard for my money. That's a $50 mistake I won't make again.
