      I placed an order in March for $187 I returned item because they were too small but ************* says they only gave me credit for $117 and they're putting it on my credit report as a late charge. I cannot get thur to ******** and ** and ************* says they cannot call them I need help yo resolve this issue

      Absolutely horrible returns process... They hold your money hostage even though they have the items. Do Not order unless you're absolutely sure you won't need to return, and even then think twice!!!

      This store appears to be in the habit of ripping people off. I immediately returned a dress that was totally the wrong size. A month went by and they still had not refunded me. I called and was told the returned item was in the warehouse. Then I received a $4.14 refund!!! The entire order was $22.00. I was willing to forego the shipping & handling charges until they REFUSED to send me the total amount I paid for the dress. It was on sale for $15 and they discounted another $1.50. They still owe me $7.00. I read the other reviews and it appears that Im not the only person they ripped off. The same story is being told in the other reviews. Now I am reading comments that their stores are closing. How convenient for them! And Im not surprised.

      Avoid purchasing from here at all costs. This company ones was reputable but now is functioning more like a SCAM. Purchase pants band ended up returning due to sizing being too big. I never received an email confirming they received the return so I contacted them. My pants arrived May 5th, I contacted them on May 19th. They said they couldnt process refund (as anyone whos worked in sales knows this is BS) Two weeks go by and I contact them again the same copy and paste response (delays in processing refunds) If this is happening to you, I recommend filing a dispute with your bank to insure you get your money back! This is stealing.

      They shipped me a poorly constructed dress. I paid out of pocket to return it because they had no return label in the box and would not provide me a new one. The item arrived on April 19th 2023 and they have yet to process my return money citing short staffed. It has been over 6 weeks. They also closed almost all of their stores so an in person return is nearly impossible.

      I have to join growing number of people who are waiting on a refund. We are shortstaff- oh really.Well how did you take my order and money so quickly and deliver on time.Refund my money the same way.Same people who are taking orders should go to warehouse and refund money.Or here is a thought- stop taking orders until you can handle refunds.

      The **************** is so bad i can see why they are slowly going out of business, I placed an order and got declined because of a billing address issue, I went to fix it and they already took my money with no order. Won't refund and won't place the order. Abouelelt horrendous from a cooperate company will never buy here again and I've worn their pants for over 10 years.

      I made a purchase in March returned in April. I have not received my refund. I have reached out multiple times and have been told they are upgrading system. For 4 week Ive been told this. They certainly are able to take the money quickly just not return it.

      I bought a bunch of clothes for a trip and they took my money right away. I have since made 3 separate returns and it has been over 3 weeks and I still do not have a refund. I need this money for my trip. We are talking almost $400. They told me everything received in ***** is backlogged. This company is trash and I will never shop here again.

      *** is not the same since closing all their stores. The return process now takes 3 months to get you your refund. They charge **** to use their label but take forever to get you a refund back. Totally unacceptable Im saying toward not ordering from here anymore. Refunds she be done no later than 10 days as stated on website. *** has become a jokebring back the stores this way we can return items in person if not gone loose a loyal customer.
