      Similar to the other reviews below, I returned an order using **&C's provided shipping label and have been getting nothing but excuses from the company on when they will process my return.The website states that I would receive an email within **** business days confirming receipt of my return. When I didn't receive anything, I started by reaching out to the company. I have now been in touch with customer support multiple times over 5 days using a mix of both chat support and their phone line. Each time I contacted them, they would tell me they could not help me at all because their "system was down." Maybe they shouldn't be taking orders if the system is down!They also could not provide ANY estimate on when my return would be processed, although it was shipped almost three weeks ago. I am sick of calling back just to hear that the system is still down and that they're not able to escalate my concern, so I have requested a refund via PayPal, which I used to purchase the goods.

      I also like many others been waiting on a refund, All I've been getting is excuses. I just read that the company has closed all its stores so I may need help to recover my refund it's taken so long cause they don't plan to refund the money and that should be illegal if you have info please feel free to email me 1482frankiegmail.com I would love all help to recover my money thank-you

      Company will not issue refunds on returned merchandise. Only excuses Would give them a 0 rating if I could .made multiple attempts to follow up on refunds and discuss with upper management . Upper management will not return calls . Still no refund . In my eyes the company has basically stolen over $800 from me as they have verified they received returned merchandise and will not refund my money . Over 3 1/2 weeks and still waiting with nothing more than excuses as to why they still have yet to process refund for returned merchandise

      Zero Stars: Do not waste your energy on making any purchases at this store if you are not sure that it will fit. They received my return on April 21, 2023, and as of today, May 5th, they have still not refunded my order. **************** is apparently outsourced and have no clue as to what is going on with the orders they claim that now have to be processed through the warehouse.

      I called to get a status on my refund for items I returned a month ago. I was told they were still working on refunds from March and I would have to wait.

      Returned items and they were tracked and received promptly. Almost 30 days later and no refund in site. Paid with Afterpay and they have collected all payments. **************** of no help and requiring that I continue to be patient. Would not allow me to speak to a supervisor. So I am out of almost $210 with no timeframe or update on when I will get my $ back.

      Well I see that everyone's reviews are about to match mines same thing I ordered a 2 piece pant set from NY&Co it has been a very disappointing experience I've even reported them to the consumer credit protection agency as well and also have spoken with them numerous times regarding my ****** credit and BTW I'm also a credit cardholder of them as well and I made that purchase with that card this was in January when I made this purchase and I still haven't received my refund as of yet and meanwhile I'm paying this same ****** back on my credit card that THEY OWE ME! it been a very horrible experience after receiving my credit I will be canceling this card for good its very poor service people work too hard for their money and I've always loved their clothes but when the stores closed down I've been having issues with their sizes and packages arriving late to make a long story short they told me my return was sitting in their warehouse in ************ somewhere just sitting seems like the company is low on money and using the customers money or holding customer money cause they probably don't have enough to credit us all back either or I want my money back Its so disappointing even calling them cause they have no real answer for you.

      Unfortunately, this company is scamming me (and probably you if you ordered from them). I ordered and received a piece of clothing several months ago and returned the item (it was too big) right away and in line with their return policy. They say they have received it, but when I call customer service, I get the total run-around. I've called three times and they say "we are back-logged and will process it ASAP." It looks as if I'll never get my money back.

      I rated the minimum since it wouldnt allow you to comment without a rating!! Horrible customer service. Been waiting for a refund since February!!!! Getting the run around from customer service by saying we dont have an order number for youits in the heading of the email you just responded to!!! ****** just give me my refund with taxes and shipping charges!

      This company is a bunch of thieves. I ordered merchandise online which was returned and documented as returned on April 5 & April 6, 2023. As of 4-14-2023 - no refund, but customer service confirmed they have they packages. Says they are behind issuing refunds - only up to 3-13-2023 returns being processed by the warehouse. New York and Company is in financial trouble - this is their way of keeping a customer's money and investing it for their own benefit. I advised the foreign idiot customer service person that I am having my credit card company reverse all charges - and has been done. Someone from this thieving company company best call me immediately to take care of this problem. 630.430.579.
