      I have had to wait over 30 days for NYCo to process a refund, they still will not refund my return although they have had it a month. System down for a month for processing returns? This company is a big scam, I will never buy from them again. I would give 0 stars if possible.

      I purchased items March 16th. However, returned them on March 31 because the items were not a good fit. Although I have a tracking number and was able to confirm the package returned back to them, they have not issued me my refund. My purchase was over $125.00 and all they tell me is to be patient and that they're warehouse is backed up. The company posted their refunds policy, and its states customers should be refunded within 10 business days. They received the merchandise back packaged in the same package they sent to me and in the same condition that I received the items on March 31, 2023. Today is April 25 and nothing been done. All I am told is to be patient and I am correct that their service is horrible. I have been a loyal customer of ******** and ** for years. Although they closed stores in ******* *****, I still made purchases online. I asked to speak with management, and they say management is not available. I emailed their customer service, and no one has even acknowledged my email. I chat online and still no avail. I have chatted several times, still nothing but be patient is all they say to me. I'm sure if I was making a purchase and asked them to wait over 10 days for them to receive their funds, they would not or if I sent something back past the cutoff date, they would not accept it. I am at lost here! every channel that I've tried for help, has failed. I am out of $125.00!! They have their merchandise and my money!!! I don't know what happened to them! I don't to be patient, i just want my money back! Maybe it's not a big deal to them but they have truly lost me as a customer! And when someone asks me about ** & **, I'll let them know about their services and their relationship to customers. I only gave them 1 star because no stars was an option.

      Unfortunately, New York and company customer service standard has downgraded excessively. I purchased 4 dresses on March 7,2023 to try on; I kept one of the dresses an return the rest by March 9th and I have yet to receive my refund. I have called the company several times and they keep telling me that part of my refund was processed and to check with my credit card company. Said refund has not been processed back to my credit card. I have called the credit company several time to verify of the refund has been processed; unfortunately that have not been the case. ******** and consonant has been very dismissive regarding my concerns and no one can give me an answer regarding when o will be receiving my money back. Honestly they dont even deserve one star on this review. They owe me back a total of $164.93 and I have been waiting well over a month for this money back to my credit card. It is absolutely ridiculous and irresponsible on their part.

      THIS COMPANY HAVE EXTREMELY POOR COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMERS SUCH AS MYSELF *************************** WHEN I HAVE ON NUMEROUS REQUEST REQUEST FOR A SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER TO CALL ME BACK TO DISCUSS MY ONGOING ISSUES. THIS TIME I RECEIVED MY SHIPPING DATE THAT WAS IN 4/17/23 AND AS OF TO 4/25/23 I HAE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE AND ALSO RECENTLY I MAILED A BLAZER BACK AND THEY RECEIVED MY BLAZER THE VERY NEXT DAY AND IT STILL TOOK AN ADDITIONAL 2 WEEKS TO GET MY REFAND THATS ONLY BECAUSE I HAD TO CALL THEM EVERY DAY TO PRESSURE THEM.I WAS FINALLY TI TGAT THEY WERE ALSO BACKED UP PROCESSING REFUNDS.IN MY OPINION IT IS TIME FIR NEW YORK AND COMPANY TI CLOSE THEIR DOORS FOREVER. I WILL NOT MISS THEIR CONTINUOUS ZERO RATING AND IF I COULD RATE THEM BELOW A ZERO RATING I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD. I'VE BEEN A 40 PLUS YEAR CUSTOMER BEGINNING WITH ****** AND NOW **********************. ****** WAS #1 AND NEW YORK AND COMPANY IS BELOW ZERO WHICH MEANS LOWER THAN LOW.       DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NOT HAVE A PRODUCT TO SHOW FOR IT. I purchased an item. They sent me two different designs. I returned them, and they were received 3.31.2023. I have been told repeatedly that they have no idea when I will receive a refund as their warehouse is behind in processing. The issue I have is they continue to take money from my checking account. Then when you call customer service, all you get is someone speaking broken English, who doesn't understand the seriousness of the situation. I WISH I COULD FIGURE OUT HOW TO FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM. I'm quite sure that they are doing this to thousands of customers. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND THEY ARE STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS. I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS.

      I sent back some items and they confirmed they received the items . Told me it could take months before I get my money returned due to a glitch in their system . Its been 2 months and still dont have my money back and have called the company multiple times they said they dont know anyway of knowing when I can get my return. Upon talking to others I have found out some people have been waiting 6 months and this is unacceptable

      Emailed and Posted to New York & Company on ******** (Shared in part due to character restrictions):????EXTREMELY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!????Do not buy from this company! To say they have terrible customer service would be putting this mildly. They have extremely poor business practices! I ordered a jumpsuit on February 27, 2023 and received it on March 7, 2023. The product was not true to size, and the length of the legs was extremely long. I opted to return the item. I sent the item back via *** on March 10, 2023. I received a *** confirmation that New York & Company received the returned item on March 14, 2023. Note: New York & Companys Return Policy states that a return will be processed between **** business days. They received the returned item on March 14, 2023. They should have processed my return by March 28, 2023 at the latest (10 business days). Here I am on April 23, 2023, almost a month after their stated Return Policy, and I am told they are still processing returns from March. I have not received a confirmation email regarding the receipt of the return, that the return is being processed, nor a refund.I have called customer service numerous times to find out when I will be receiving my refund for the returned item. I was informed two separate times that the company was still processing returns fromFEBRUARY 1, 2023, and there was a backlog of processing before they could process my return.To date (4/23/2023) no return processing or refund!I want a FULL REFUND in the amount of $59.40. I have never done business with a company that holds my money hostage like this. As stated before, these are extremely poor business practices!

      NY&co lost it touch since they closed their stores. I ordered a coat 4 months ago and never received it or an email update cancelling the order. I called and complained and the representative doesnt speak good English and told me it was on back order. I just recently placed an order and never received an email saying it was shipped. **************** is very bad. They should close completely down.

      I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF NY&CO FOR OVER 20 YEARS. I MADE A RETURN OF 3 ITEMS ON 2/24/2023. THE ONLY OPTION I WAS GIVEN WAS A REFUND - YOU COULD NOT EXCHANGE FOR DIFFERENT SIZE OR GET COMPANY CREDIT. I IMMEDIATELY PLACED AN ORDER FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE AND PAID FOR THAT ORDER. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE 4 WEEKS LATER AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY RECEIVED MY RETURNS (3 ITEMS) AND THE REFUND WAS IN PROCESS. I CALLED AGAIN ON 4/4/23 AND WAS TOLD THE EXACT SOME THING. I HAVE SENT 2 MORE EMAILS AND EACH TIME I AM TOLD THAT THE REFUND IS IN PROCESS AND THEY ARE EXPERIENCING DELAYS IN REFUNDING MONEY....EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE RECEIVED THE ******* NOW IT IS ALMOST 2 MONTHS LATER AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DON'T HAVE AN ANSWER FOR ME AS TO WHEN THE REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE NY&Co!! I EXPECT BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FASTER RETURN PROCESSING. IF YOU ORDER CLOTHES FROM THEM YOU NEED TO BE 100% SURE THEY WILL FIT AND YOU WILL LIKE THEM OR DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!

      CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! I ordered two dress pants and returned them. I emailed **************** about my returned items. They already confirmed my return and it's going to be a month since my return and NO REFUND!!!
