      I've shopped with NY and ** for over 20 years, never have I ever waited an entire month to receive a refund. My package was received my NY and ** on 3/17, it's now 4/18, all I'm ever told is their working on getting this issue resolved, this is not acceptable! When I call corporate, I can't even through to a representative! I'll reconsidering shopping with ** and ** from now on.

      Don't order anything and expect your refund in a timely manner! I returned pants that were too big. My return was received on February 17th however, they are telling me there is a delay in the processing center and they can't give me a timeline on when i should receive my refund. Here I am 4 weeks later, and they are still telling me the same thing. I did not delay returning their product so why should I have to wait on my refund. This is VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!!

      I ordered an item which was returned within a few days after delivery. The item was received by **&C on March 10, 2023. Today is April 14, 2023, and I am still awaiting a refund. Each time I have called (3 times), the customer service rep says the same thing that the previous rep said - "please be patient and understand that we are having technical issues with our warehouse. We are working to get your refund credited to your account, blah blah and blah." So, I asked in that case, since you have the item, why am I required to pay on account. She said you must cooperate and be accountable and manage your account. Unbelievable. Why should I be accountable to **&C when they are unable to be accountable to their customers? Once the credit is applied, **&C will owe me monies, which they will hold as a credit on the account. They are stealling from their customers. BEWARE.

      YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR REFUND! Nothing but excuses and delays. Do NOT purchase from this company. They are in banruptcy and are not properly refunding customers for legitimate returns. I cannot believe they are allowed to conduct business like this.

      I have not received my refund of more than $800 after 30 days outside of their refund policy. Thousands of people are waiting on their refunds!

      Order placed on 3/8 with the company confirming they received my return on 3/20. After waiting on hold for almost an hour, I was told the last "round" of refunds was processed on 2/16, almost 6 weeks ago. This is highly suspicious, that a company cannot process refunds for order as they are returned. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS!

      They have become SCAM artist. Not only has the quality of the clothing declined they are not refunding money on returned items and although they confirm receipt of return you are required to make minimum payments and incur interest while they credit your account supposedly within 3 weeks it has been over 5 weeks for me and the store and credit company keep giving me the run around. DO NOT shop from them unless you're 100% sure you will be keeping the item. They no longer have physical stores to visit so shopping online may result in paying for items you will not keep.

      I am in the same boat with the rest of the reviewers. I returned my product with the amount of time within their Return policy with confirmation they received it. I have contacted customer service multiple times about my refund with nothing but a run around. This has been going on for a month now despite what their refund policy states on their website. I wish I would have checked their reviews before making the purchase!

      New York and Company is a scam artist I returned some items last month, the company received the items and still haven't refunded my money. The company keeps saying there is a delay in the warehouse and there is nothing they can do, the customer service agent wouldn't let me speak with a supervisor either. There is always an issue with this company with returning your refunds!!! I want my money back!!!

      This company sent me an incorrect order I retuned the items immediately and I have been waiting for more than a month. This is unacceptable!!!!
