      I should have read this reviews.NY&C used to be a pretty good company not anymore.I had purchased 2 items in Feb and one was smaller and i had to send back on Feb 18 and the site shows they were received back on the March 1st 2023.Today is 3/31/2023,let me tell you I have called and chatted numerous time asking for the whereabouts of my refund and they keep lying they experiencing slow delay with the returns something about them having one warehouse.A month has gone by,still yet to receive my $72,not even a courtesy email to notify customers of the delay.And the agents are rude.Their website state refund are processed 7-10business days ,it has been a whole month am yet to see my refund or even get a courtesy email .They need to stop playing with our earned money.Please don't purchase from this company.

      I ordered winter jackets on clearance for a gift program at my work. Immediately after ordering, I started receiving unwanted email at my work email address. When I tried to use the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the email, the link did not work. I have asked this company 5 times to remove my work email from their email list. Each time, they promise that I will not receive any further email after ***** hours, yet I continue to receive their email. This used to be a good company. The jackets I purchased are not the quality they used to be. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE JUST AWFUL.

      i returned a package over a month ago and have contacted their customer service multiple times since then. i have yet to receive a refund even though according to their online policy, i would have it by now. customer service *****, ********************** *****, clothes ****. such a terrible company. avoid at all costs.

      I made purchases and sent back them back in original packaging, unused, and unworn. I never received any confirmation the returns were received. Even though my return was received when I called to check, I have never gotten my money returned. I have called twice and they are behind in processing. it seems a lot of people have the same complaint. I am filing a complaint and starting a claim with PayPal. Never again will I order anything from ** and ***

      Exact same experience here. My item was returned on February 8, it is March ******************************* excuses. They confirmed it arrived in new condition, admit that the hold up is theirs and refused to give me an ETA Or more importantly my refund. How is this not kind of fraud? How many thousands of dollars in cash flow are they holding onto while we wait?

      Do not purchase from this company. If I could have given them zero stars, I would have. You return their merchandise with tracking and they wont refund your money, how are they getting away with this? Theres got to be a law against this type of scamming and stealing individuals out of their money. **************** lie after lie. I would really like to get my money back from this awful company.

      I PURCHASE AN ****, 2ND OF FEBURAY, BUT UNFORTUNATELY WHEN IT ARRIVED I SENT IT BACK BECAUSE I DID NOT LIKE IT. THEY RECIEVED THE **** ON THE 12TH OF FEBURAY, BUT THEY HAVE REFUSE TO PUT THE REFUND BACK ON MY NEW YORK AND COMPANY CREDIT CARD. I HAVE CALLED THEM SEVERAL TIME BUT TO NO AVAIL, EVERY TIME I THEY TELL ME DIFFERENT ******. SO NOW I AM PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT I DON'T HAVE. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEM. I HAVE BEEN A VALUE COSTUMER FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS. SO FOR THEM TO TREAT ME LIKE THIS IS UNCALLFULL.

      I wish that there were "0" stars because that is what I would give a rating. I have been waiting for my refund since February 15th. Made several calls and got this same story, the warehouse is having delays. No dates on where the refund will be processed. In the meantime, I have gotten 2 statements from the band that expects payments on the items I do not have. They used to be one of my favorite places to shop with local stores many years ago. Now they are the worse. It is totally unacceptable!!!!!! Their customer service phone lines are obviously in another country, because the calls drop all the time, not to mention the wait time. Not that it makes any difference since you can`t get any help even when you get to talk to someone. It is like stealing your money. The warehouse is to blame, yet nobody has any contact information on how to get hold of anyone from the warehouse to speed things up. Absolute waste of your time and money.

      This company gets zero stars from me. I placed an order the first week of February. The items were too big so I returned them right away. They acknowledge they received the items on February 21st, however i am still waiting to get my money back. I called several times and the answer is always the same. "The warehouse is experiencing delays" my question is: if they received the items its obvious they already got to my return so what is the reason for the delay on giving me my money back?!!!! I like their clothes but waiting months to get a refund its unacceptable.
