      If I could give them zero stars I would. The online return policy states once your package is received, they will process the return within 7 to 10 business days and issue a refund within 3 to 5 business days. They received my return on February 8, 2023, it's now March 21, 2023. Every time I call they just say to be patient but the customer service team aren't able to process the refund, only the warehouse. They owe me over $200, yet I'm not able to speak with a manager or receive my refund. I have shopped here over 20 years and they are now going to lose me as a customer. I understand now that the ********************** has gone way down, I will never order anything else from them!

      I'm a long time customer. I have their card. I love the clothes the service right now is terrible. I've ordered and it takes longer to receive the merchandise and months to get your refund. But when your credit card bill is due they expect that payment or get a 40.00$ late fee. I'm going to close my acct. I order from other companies and nothing like this. What happened to this company?

      Ordered on November 26th of 2022. Didn't receive my complete order until Jan 19th of 2023. I quickly reviewed my items and followed their process to send back a return. My return arrived to them on Jan 25th, 2023. I have followed up weekly with inquiries on my refund and have yet to receive my money back or a timeline of when I'll be refunded. Totally unprofessional and downright theft at this point.

      I placed an order on Jan.3rd. i sent 2 orders back -The first order was received on Jan.17th,2023 and the 2nd order New York and Company received on Jan.24th,2023. I am due a refund of about $180.00. I have called this company numerous times and have gotten answer that they are backlogged in processing refunds. I have been a customer with ****************** since May 2009. I sent the merchandise back in a timely manner. it is not fair as a customer that they are holding my refund. They are holding hard earned money. It would be greatly appreciated if you can help me to get my refund. Sincerely, ****************

      This is a horrible company to deal with when you have to make a return. I will never buy from them again. They don't have a store to return items to & they charge a fee for returns. I placed an order with them, and everything was huge. I ordered my regular size the same size I would use if ordering from Kohls or ****** but every item was huge on me so I called to see if i could maybe exchange it for a smaller size but was told that they didn't have those sizes because the sale was over. So, I asked for a ************* the items back. They received the items, and I was told via e-mail I would get my refund between 7 to 10 days from receipt of my items. They received & confirmed they received the items on 2/6/23 via e-mail in reply to my e-mail asking for an update on my refund & today is 3/15/23 & they still haven't refunded me. When I call, they never pick up, so I called the order department & was told that they don't know anything about that because it's handled through another department. I asked to be transferred or be given that ************ told they don't have a number that I just have to wait. It's been over a month since received my return. I filed a complaint through PayPal but I'm leaving this review for others to be aware of this problem before they order. I wish I could give this company "0" stars.

      Poor customer service.They received my returned items on Feb 2, 2023. It's March 15, 2023 and i still have not received my refund. I have called 6 times with the same lousy excuse. I want my money back.

      My item was returned to them on 2/3/2023 and its been almost 6 weeks waiting for my refund. Ive messaged them multiple times and Im being told they are working on it and are backlogged. Their return policy clearly states **** business days for a refund to be processed once the item is received and then an additional 3-5 days for it to be reflected on your credit card. My patience is growing very thin and Im furious its taking this long for them to refund my money on items they clearly recognize they received on 2/3/2023. At this point it feels like theyre intentionally keeping my money. Im furious and will never order from them again. Nothing should take this long to issue a refund.

      I placed an order on line, I tried to cancel the order, could not find a way to cancel. I emailed the company at 12:30am, so the associate would receive my email as soon as they arrived at 8:00am, no one ever got back to me. I contacted the company at 3:00pm via chat and they explained to me that they do not have a cancelation policy, however, once I received the items I could initiate a return. Most of the items that i order were final sale, so they cannot be returned. There was no offer of a resolution or anything, just NO CANCELLATIONS!!!! I have never heard of a business having a no cancellation policy. I will never order from this company again. I would advise everyone else to steer clear of this company, they are def not customer orientated. I have even contacted paypal asking to stop payment, explaining that i have contacted the company twice to cancel the order. I have to wait to see what happens there.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They are horrible

      Horrible service, do not ever purchase form them, I ordered a dress for a wedding, it did arrive within 2 weeks, money was taken within 2 days of ordering from my ****** accountt. I returned the dress, after having to find a return address and pay for the label, 2 days after receiving it due to it being too large. The dress was logged in to the company on January 18th, 2 weeks after returning, no email letting me know, I had to call as I did not see a refund in my account.. It is now March 14th, and I have no refund. Continuous excuses, too many refunds we are back logged, warehouse has had issues. 2.5 weeks ago after numerous phone calls, I received email saying my refund was being processed. A week later , I call yet again as to where my money is for the refund. Another run around, wait 1-3 days, next call wait 3-5 days. Third call, it shows we refunded your money, minus shipping to your ******. There was no text or email from ****** showing that pending return, which occurs almost instantly from ******. I called ****** and they confirmed no refund in my account. Call the bank as well, they also confirm that Retailwinds, ******** and *** account name, has not deposited any funds. I call again, I email audit department asking for transaction number and proof money was sent, knowing it has not been. They tell me there is no such thing as a transaction number, yet that is how ****** works, lol! This company is likely on the verge of bankruptcy, and customer service is pathetic. No ********************** takes 8 weeks to refund an item to the original method of payment, and then claim to have refunded it when both a bank and ****** confirm that does not exist in my dashboard or account. I will never order form them again, and by many reviews, wish I'd read them sooner, seems to be consistent feeling towards their store.

      I ordered a several items back in January from NY & Company. I returned these items in January to NY & Company and have been given the run around every since I returned the items. I was told they received the return items on January 31, 2023, and my refund would be issued in 7 days, however it has been almost two months and I have not received a refund. I called twice in January, three times in February, emailed twice, and called today 3/12/23 because I haven't received my refund. The customer service rep keeps quoting the same refund policy; however, it is not true because if that was the case i should have received my refund by now. I asked each time I have called to speak with a supervisor, but no one is ever available. They have told me each time I request to speak with a supervisor that they are not available and will call me back. It has been over a month, and I have not received a call back from anyone from this company as it pertains to this issue. I requested the corporate office number today and was told by the person on the phone that that information is confidential, and she could not provide it to me. I don't know of any company that their corporate information is confidential.I have been told so many different stories about my refund each time I call since January that I am concerned what this company is doing with its customers information and money. Please help me resolve this issue as this company is stealing from its customers daily and needs to be addressed for this.
