      New York & Companys customer service -both via phone and email- is the absolute worst. I have been trying to get a refund resolved since January 2022. I purchased several items that were with defective, damaged or incorrect sizing and returned approximately 12 orders. Everything is so different now with the quality of clothing to the their customer service. I want my approximate $900 back ASAP. I have sent 10 urgent requests with my order numbers and *** tracking nuambets to their customer service department but still getting the runaround that they are back logged. They show the orders received but no refunds have been sent or put on my account. I just want my money back and I will discontinue business with them. Very deceitful & unfair business practices!

      Terrible company and terrible refund process. Items did not fit, returned over $300 worth of clothing and confirmed they received 2.1.23. Have called 5 times and nobody knows when refund will take place. I have been told the warehouse is behind and please be patient. How much more patience am I to have when owed 100's of dollars. My next step will be contacting an attorney. I followed their process and it's not the fault of the consumer that they are behind. I will never purchase another item from them ever again and none of my friends will either. This may end ** ** a class action lawsuit with so many people waiting for refunds and nothing happening.

      I ordered a dress online, quality was very poor and thread was coming out and hanging down all over it. I sent it back in 1/30, it was received on 2/8/23 and they have yet to acknowledge the return or refund my money and today is 3/10/23. **************** is saying that they are backed up in the warehouse.

      I use to shop from this company all the time and loved it. But ever since they closed their brick-and-mortar stores they have gone downhill! Recently I made a purchase from their website and used a reward certificate for $40.00 for the item. Usually, their packages ship out in 2-3 days, but after two weeks of waiting, I get an email from them that my order was canceled and the item was out of stock! I called their customer service to inquire why my order was canceled when i had a confirmation number of the purchase. She check the item and found out that it was not out of stock but was now at a higher price. After I conveyed my discontent she reordered the same item and agreed to refund me the $40.00 plus the additional amount I had to pay for the higher price, this was on 2/28/23. To this date, I still do not have the item I purchased and they do not know when it will be shipped out. I doubt if I am going to receive my purchase and believe it will be canceled like the other order. This is clearly a case of FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Why put an item on your website for folks to purchase if it is not available??? All of their offices are in the Philippians and you can only speak with their frontline customer service agents no supervisors or upline management. I tried emailing them and they make false promises of shipment. They offer **************** on their website but after this experience, I will not buy from them again because you cannot be assured that you will get what you ordered and paid for.

      I agree. Do not order any thing from this company. The quality is very poor, it's hit or miss ordering the right size, AND the return policy is subject to a 9 restock fee and the item must be returned 30 days from the ***** DATE. So, you have less than 30 days to see if you can wear it. I used to shop here often when there was a store located in my town. It's not work throwing money out the window to continue to do business with them.

      I submitted hundreds of dollars of merchandise immediately after discovery the clothes did not fit. I have waited nearly 2 months and I have not received my refund nor have I gotten a callback despite being promised that I would receive a call from one of their supervisor. The customer service reps refuse to answer basic questions that customers are entitled to receiving when their money is involved. Based on my experience, I will never purchase from this store because they are untrustworthy, unhelpful and dismissive to customers. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

      Dont yall EVER buy anything from this company. I place an order in Decemberdid not receive my order until Mid-FEBRUARY and when I received order WRONG ITEM was sent. Was told I could not return item since it was a CLEARANCE item even after the customer service person noted upon review of the order that it was wrong item sent. I also return another item that was in the order and believed it or not OVER a MONTH later I still have received my refund even after **&Company acknowledged that they received the returned item back. This is ridiculous!!!!!! Thats $100 lost cause these people aint trying to return my money whatsoever!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!

      I have been trying to obtain a refund of over $100.00. The only response I keep getting is that my return was received in the warehouse but they are really behind. They refuse to give me ANY potential resolution date as they dont want to give me any false hope. Its should be a simple process. I returned the items, you acknowledge receipt, now send the refund!! Unfortunately the closest store to me is hours away or I would have taken the items to the store and would not still be dealing with this mess. Multiple cals and emails beyond what is necessary!

      Really bad customer service I am so upset and disappointed I return some items and pay shipping fee from my pocket $71.49 I return 7 items because of poor quality I have been calling almost every day to find out my refund is been 4 weeks no refund yet they have been laying to me and took the full payment from my account after returning the item they confirm they received the item on the 3rd of February still havent receive my money and they said they dont know when it be refunded I cant wait any longer I need help please help me ASAP

      I have NO words for my experience with NY&Co. They use to be a go to for me for work clothes, but NEVER AGAIN!!! NEVER!!! I placed an order on 1/21/23... I received the order and the product was not at all was I expected. The same day I put the order back in the mail to them. They confirmed that they received my return and I am still waiting for a **********&Co Shame on your and your customer service. I wish I would have read the other 108 complaints on here before I made a purchase.
