      My situation with the refund is the same as the previous writer. They send me emails that say please wait for my refund, it' already been 14 business days since they received the package, I returned them. STAY AWAY!

      I love the curvy girl jeans they sell, but recently I tried another kind of jeans that I did not like. Online the return policy is very clearly stated. It states once your package is received, they will process within 7 to 10 business days and issue a refund within 3 to 5 business days.They have confirmed via shipment tracking that my return was received on February 3, yet an entire 18 business days later, they have not even begun to process. When I reached out for updates, they told me to be patient. Could not give me an updated timeframe, even though they were out of what they commit to on the website. The response was simply for me to be patient.Their customer service is unacceptable. I can guarantee you if I tried to submit a return 31 days after purchase, they would tell me I was out of luck. Yet they can exceed their commitment for processing and absolutely nothing comes from it. No sympathy, no follow up, new ownership, no customer good will. Just condescending people telling me to be patient.I understand staffing issues are plentiful these days, but this is not how you handle customer service. Its $40 and theyre willing to lose me as a customer over that. They have confirmation of shipment received, and pictures of the packaging I sent. The right thing to do would be to just issue me the credit, yet they just told me to be patient. Im done doing business with them. If they cant handle basic customer service, its a waste of money.

      Look I have never been so disappointed I have been a customer since learner days I was a employee of New York and company and loved their clothes since they have closed the stores and only doing online customer service really sucksI purchased 2 items I paid extra to get them to me before January the 7th I was supposed to receive them between 01/ 3rd and 5th I didn't receive them till the 12th of so it was no need for me to keep the items the pants/ corset were too big the jacket fit but did not need without other items so all return. No I'm having s problem with getting a credit and I don't have the product. They expect me to pay the bill and dispute the charges or I continue to incur late fees till dispute is complete. This won't happen again I will not be purchasing anything in the future. All I want is my refund late fee and what I paid extra in shipping to get earlier. Unsatisfied customer

      I see I am not the only one up here to talk about their horrible customer service and the way they handle their affairs. I have been waiting for my return money money for almost a month. Today I speak to a rep, the third one at that, and she tells me that she can not tell me when my refund will be processed. My items were received into their warehouse 2/3/23, and today is 2/26/23. Mind you, I spoke to two representatives prior to this one who informed me that I would recieve my refund by Friday 2/24, nothing yet. The representative explained to me that I should not worry, it is coming for sure. Well it should have already been in my acct. weeks ago. I am highly dissatisfied with this company's lack of integrity, compassion, and loyalty to their customers. They had no problem taking my $, so what is the issue returning it. The warehouse obviously needs more help. This company needs to just shut down completely. Never again.

      New York & Company I have been getting the run around for over a month. I returned 4 pair of pants and you guys have physically received them on Jan 20 but I have yet to receive my refund. I have been giving the run around, transferred to numerous people as well as waited on return calls from supervisors and still no resolution. I will never shop with you again. Horrible customer service. I am really disappointed especially since you are one of my favorite stores. As of today I am still waiting on my refund.

      I personally would rate this company a big fat 0. I ordered 5 items on 1/20/23 and immediately tried to cancel the order **** mins later and was advised that customer service only has a small window to cancel orders Inwhich is crap! And was given the only option was to wait for delivery and return the items In which I did and was received on 1/30. I called a week later after not receiving my credit on my credit card and was told it takes **** business for the return to processed and it should post by 2/13. This date came and gone, so I called back requested to speak with a manager after being told that its an additional 3-5 business days after the **** business day to be refunded and this can be even longer due to the warehouse is behind. SMH. I was declined to speak with a manager and was told someone would call me back in ***** hours. Received a voice message on Sunday morning while in church, returned the call and was told I had to wait another 24/48 hours. Still waiting. Im approaching 1 full month and still no refund and they dont care that Ill be charged interest fees on items that I dont have Cant understand why this company is unable to cancel an online ordered the same day (within minutes) but yet take a month to refund someones money. This should be unlawful I will absolutely never ever order again from them. This is partly while they had to close their local stores.. And at this rate the online store will be soon to follow with this type of customer service!

      I have known this company since college years and they were good and always carried outfits for curvy style, but lately they have gone from 10 to.0 when it comes to customer service. Do not buy anything from this company , you can never get a refund either, they customer rep will boldly tell you that it takes 3 to 5 business day to process your refund but even that does not mean you will get your money back .They have given more excuse to delay or not give my money back. The items returned have been recieved for over 4 weeks not and yet they claim 3 to 5 business days for refund. This is a fraudulent company now, avoid buying anything from them.

      When a store was my favorite spot. Just had an issue and they were rude denied ability to change shipping address or cancel order minutes after submitting an order even though website states they can. Told us to return items once received although we will never receive them as we have no access to the address it defaulted to. So unfortunate as this use to be a great place when it wad a store and nor just online.

      I will never order from NY&Co again. First, it took a long time to receive my order. I had ordered some items as Christmas gifts, but they did not arrive on time. I returned two pants that I had ordered for myself that were poor quality. They never confirmed receipt so I contacted them. They confirmed that the items had been received on January 18th, 2023. They then sent an email notifying me that it would take **** business days to process the return, and then another 3-5 business days for the refund. I contacted them on February 9th, and they said the warehouse was backed up and still working on the process. I contacted them again, on Feb. 16th, and they said the "warehouse was still processing". I contacted them on Feb. 21st, and they said they would issue the refund, and to anticipate it would take 3-5 business days to see the refund in my original payment method. This is unacceptable business practices. So very disappointed about the whole experience.

      New York and Company has the worst customer service that I've experienced. Order placed *******. Returned and they received item on 1.19.23. Still no refund. I'm told it would take 3 to 5 days and another 7 days to process the refund. It's been over 30 days and no refund. Unacceptable business practices. I will NEVER order from them again EVER!!!
