      In addition to merchandise being months late I cannot unsubscribe to their emails. I do not see unsubscribe anywhere & when I block them thru Charter they still come thru. They are supposed to be clear on the email where you can hit unsubscribe!!

      Seemed their poor customer service is a theme! I placed an order in early December. The order was not for Christmas, so the timing of when it arrived was okay. I returned the items, with tracking in the beginning of January. The tracking shows they received the items on January 4th. After contacting the chat service at least 7 times with no success of any kind, I attempted to contact them through email 5-6 times. Each time I spoke with someone through chat, or through email, I was told the order return timeframe is **** days and the processing time is 3-5 days but that I would receive my refund. Each and every communication, I was told the exact same thing. No update whatsoever, just the timeframe of their returns and to keep checking my card. I was told this, even when the timeframe was well past the 15 days allowed. I also had no opportunities to ever speak with a manager (they were always busy, each and every time). I have been a customer of this ********************** for over 20 years. After this experience, I will never return. There are far too many stores who actually WANT my service and will go out of their way to ensure I receive my refund in a timely manner. Today is February 16th...42 days after they received my package. I just received the refund from my credit card company after filing a complaint. New York and Company NEVER provided the refund, even though they show in their system they received my return. I recommend for others to file a complaint with their credit card companies as well. This company is a joke, and I suggest running far, far away.

      Bad customer service. Cheap material and it take forever to do the return. I have to call many times and got the same answer that you will get refund soon but havent seen it happened . It has been over a month. This is ridiculous.

      I ordered a sequin halter neck jumpsuit online on 1/5/23 for a glam birthday party and received the jumpsuit a few weeks later. The jumpsuit was a medium, but it was too big for me. Apparently, the sizes run big. So, I returned it one day after I received it. It has been 4 weeks and I have not received my refund back. I contacted customer support and was told it usually takes **** days to process refunds and they are running behind.I have been a New York & Company customer for years and the service was always excellent in the past, but the service has gone down and I will never order from them again. It should never take in excess of a month for a company to issue a customer their refund for a returned item.

      Sadly *** is not near the same of what they used to be, as they closed down all their businesses and now they're strictly online orders let me tell you this the worst customer service I had ever experienced in my life, not only they're from overseas (not against it but come on)most of them are really hard to understand, they are so rude,they talk over you and they said they will help u but they never do. They send items you never placed and yet they will charged your credit card for them. Their returns takes days to be credited to your account. Hopefully they will *********** customer service people that speaks better English and understand all concerns so that Hopefully they don't go completely out of business.

      They do not even deserve 1 star! I ordered multiple items in early December for a donation event for the homeless at Christmas and received a shipping confirmation of 3-5 business days. Event passed -no items! I was not allowed to cancel the order even though they the items were now out of stock, and they couldn't provide a ship date. The items trickled in in various shipments in early January. I was told I had to wait until all pieces were received to return them. Finally I submitted all for refund. They received my refund on 1/13 and still no credit to my card! Contacted at least ***************************************************************************************************************** has passed! I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I would receive a call in 48 hours and to keep my phone line open so I would be available to receive their call!! FOR REAL?! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

      I paid for express shipping before Christmas for 2 dresses that I had purchased to wear New Years Eve. With express shipping they should have arrived December 30th. They drafted the money out of my account before the dresses were shipped. I had to keep calling customer service to see when they would ship the items. When they finally shipped and delivered, it was too late. I shipped the items back on January 6th and was advised that they have been at the warehouse since January 10th buy they have not issued my refund. This is the worst retail company I have dealt with online and I hope they go out of business.

      Quality of clothing has declined, customer service no longer responds to emails or follow-*** when requested by customer regarding escalated issues. Takes a long time for returns and refunds to process. December 2022, I purchased several items online at the same time. One of the items was delayed and arrived a month later. However, ***** did not inform that would be the case.

      Scam company-not good customer service. Ordered clothes black Friday 11/27--they were delivered 12/16 and I didn't know they closed the physical store and only allowed 45 day return policy. The clothes I got were horrible material, and awkward stitching, and shorter than a normal sized shirt would be. **************** said they only allow 45 day return window from order date-which is ridiculous considering it was holidays, it's still a pandemic, and they took 3 weeks to deliver. Do not buy here! I hope they shut down permanently.

      HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service. The order was late. Items didn't fit so I returned them. Every time I emailed about my refund I was given the same exact response. Never answered my questions. Would not let me speak with a manager/supervisor. Every part of the experience with this company was terrible. Their customer service is reading off a script and does not help you at all. They just keep saying the refund has been processed to my card even though it's never showed up. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
