      ******* is the worst company for getting a refund. I have made at least 10 calls to get my refund back and they just keep giving excuses.

      This is my order number I contacted your company several times to cancel the order because it had not been shipped and they kept telling me that the order had been shipped and they put sent me a tracking number which said that the item had never been picked up well. I finally did receive the order, but it was way too late so so I open the package and put the return label on it and sent it back I would hope that someone would check into this. I have tried to call numerous times only to be disconnected. Worst customer service I have every single either I receive my money full refund or I will contact the Better Business Bureau along with your headquarters and I will file a complaint this is ridiculous. Oh wait headquarters closed

      Size chart Ive been a loyal customer for many years and now I will never buy from them again. Reason being is the size chart. For example: size large is 12 and 14 X-large is now 16. I bought an outfit in a size large and was expecting a size 14 I was sent a 12 which is too small. In addition the XL is too big. These changes have been made since the pandemic. Customers be aware of the deceiving size chart. Now I have to take my time to send it back.

      My whole experience with New York & Company has been beyond horrible I would rate them zero stars. I ordered two items on 11/29/22 for gifts for Christmas after continuously contacting them I recieved them 12/23/22. I unfortunately had to return one of the items, they recieved the item 1/03/23 there site states refunds take 3 to 5 business days. I have chatted with two people on their site about my refund it's 1/17/23 and they still can't tell me when I will get refunded. *** who I chatted with today says please wait for your refund they are not sure when I will get refunded at this time. I just want my money back from this company and be done with this headache! It should not take this long to refund!

      I have made a purchase 2 weeks ago totaling from an actual charge that posted for $72.00 but no emails (not even an initial one about my order. I received a generic emailmeaning they didnt read the first one stating I was calling my bank to dispute the charge because I was NEVER given an order number/recieptnothing I think I would know what a pending/hold isit posted from the bank.no wonder this company went bankruptstealing peoples money and illiterate staff.~***********************

      If I could I would also give them a zero. I brought pants online in September and one pair was not sent to me so I contacted customer service to request for a refund, well Im still waiting for my refund. I have talked to numerous people online and on the phone but I still have not received my refund, even though I have been told by the representatives/ supervisors that it would be given to me. I have had problems like this with other companies recently and I received my refund when promised. ** and ** is stealing money from me and it is making me extremely angry. No one should have to go through this and they should be disgusted with themselves for making their customers feel this way as well as to receive their own money.

      I placed an order late November which Ive yet to receive. They wont cancel as they say they have shipping delays. Offered 10% for shipping fees, that I never paid due to the amount of my order. (They wouldve seen what I paid had they looked into my order). Completely unsatisfied. Will no longer do business with them, this is the 2nd order that has gone wrong. They take no blame or initiative to make it right.

      Id say awful customer service if there was any customer service ! Call the 800#then sit on hold for over an hour if the call is answered at all. Ordered Christmas gifts for 3 on my list before thanksgiving and still no package total ripoffs no package no refund no answers I will NEVER order anything from here again and I highly suggest no one else should order either ...unless you want to be paying for things you will never receive sickening

      BIG RIP OFF COMPANY THAT KEEPS YOUR MONEY. DO NOT PROVIDE A TRACKING NUMBER BECAUSE THEY NEVER SEND THE ***** TO YOU! AND THEY SAID I CANNOT ASK FOR A CANCELLATION OR REFUND OF MY MONEY. THIEVES!!!

      Of all the purchases i made for Christmas **&C were the only one that did not manage to fullfill their shipping on time. My order was placed on December 10th and it was not shipped out of their warehouse until December 20!! Since my order were all gifts i had to repurchase gifts *********. It was so upsetting because i was notified as to how late i would be receiving and had to go shopping at store. Very upsetting to have to go to a store after a 14hr shift. I loved **&c when they were at the mall but on line, this will be my last purchase. Not very dependable
