      New York & Company Clothing store website, Newyorkandcompany.com. I have always been a loyal customer and liked ************** However, this time I have very vet disappointed with the poor customer service. I never received my order and all the updates said it was returned to supplier. I followed up with ******** and CO. And the only response i got is that they are following up with the shipping department and sorry for the delay, but they don't tell me a date when I should receive the order. Also, I requested them to cancel the order and issue a refund, but they said that the store policy for cancellations is 24 to 48 hours after placing the order. Since I have gotten no response, no credit, and no product. Very poor customer service and if they can't do business with providing the product promised, they shouldn't be in Business!!

      If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered clothing on May 25, 2024 totaling $83.89. I was supposed to get items in 5-8 business days. The company claims a label was made right away, however that is all. I do not have what I paid for. I havent received anything. When I called to find out what was going on, I was only told to email the company and they might get back with me in a couple of days. Just like I might get my clothes in a couple of days as was advertised. Still waiting. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Nothing was on back order, taking money and not delivering items, nor communicating with customers is FRAUDULENT, UNETHICAL,UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE! I will make sure I tell everyone who will hear my experience with this company.

      I ordered pants online on Thursday, May 30, 2024, and paid extra for faster delivery. To date, I have had no emails saying my order was shipped. I tried calling them at least 10 times, I emailed a few times, I text and NO RESPONSE whatsoever from them. They took my money and did NOT ship anything...

      I wouldn't give any stars to this company if I could have. I ordered two pair of ****'s from this place on May 18, 2024 and as of yet I still haven't received a shipping confirmation from them or my items that I purchased from them although new york and company removed thenpurchase amoun of money from my debit card immediately after I placed my order. I've called customer service numerous of times and no one will answer the phone. I emailed new york and company on May 22,2024 and I didn't get a email reply back from a representative until two days later on May24,2024 stating that my order is being processed and gave me a *** tracking number to check the status of my order and ever time I go on *** website to check the status it clearly says that New York and company created a label but hasn't turned over the item to them yet , then I texted New York and company on may 29,2024 and I never did receive a reply back from them, so I emailed them on the same day May 29,2024 again and once again I didn't get a reply back from them until two days later and the representative said that their working on my order and that the warehouse is running behind due to a lot of orders, which has nothing to do with them taking my money and two weeks later I still don't have items what I paid for I want what I paid for from them , this is wrong and illegal, a extremely unprofessional business practice that prey on and wrongly take customer's money and doesn't deliver their paid for packages, this company should have been investigated thoroughly and shut down permanently and immediately with all those same type of complaints through out the years .

      I placed an order for a blouse but received a dress instead. And the crazy thing was the invoice was in my name as if I had ordered the dress. But clearly, from the email receipt, it showed the blouse I had originally ordered. I sent an email notifying them of the mistake and it took over a month to hear back from them. Meanwhile my credit card company refunded me the amount lost. When NY&C finally did reply, I had to send proof to them that I had ordered a blouse not a dress - they asked me to return the dress so they could send me the right item, but wanted to charge me for returning it! Like why do I have to pay for a mistake YOU made. Anyway, I'm done with them. Last time I will ever shop with them. They used to be so awesome in their prime and now they are horrific. Stay away and do not shop here!

      I returned items in January, but have not received a refund.       I made in order online, there has been no updates to my order. They have taken the money off my card I sent an email and no one has responded. Do not order from this company!!!!!

      This is Unbelievable on May 6, 2024. I had placed my order for my Clothes and boots and for it to ship to me in 3-4 Days. I didn't get no response from **************** about where is my Order. The sales are Final. And my Credit Card was charged $333.91. I emailed Ny& Company 5 times and Called them there line is connected to life Alert. This seems strange! I will never Order from them again! But somebody needs to find my Order and give me assistance!

      I placed an online order and I have never received it. I was supposed to receive it 4/11/24. According to *** tracking, they were working on creating a label. I called *** and the rep said I needed to have NY&Co. file a claim. I have called their customer service and emailed several times. Theres been no response. Now I am out of the money I spent on goods that I have never received. I have recently read numerous reviews on Yelp only find out that this has happened to numerous other people.

      I cannot believe that I have a charge account with **********************, made a purchase on March 29 and still waiting for my package. Then I receive a bill for clothes I do not have in my possession. When I contacted **** they stated that it was the shipper's responsibility to file a claim for a lost package. I emailed NY& ** 10 times to no avail. I contacted the credit card company, and they said to email NY&**. This is awful, and I decided to open a charge account with them. The BBB cannot do anything by directing me to submit a review. Did I mention that all sales are final?
