      never received an ***** ordered 11/25/2023 and still as of 12/27 don't have it noone answer the phone you can only chat. asked for refunded and they wouldn;t .said when i receive item send it back

      DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are only out to take your money. Zero customer service support. Long shipping delays and when you finally receive your order its missing items. I didnt want to rate this as a one star. They dont deserve that. Horrible so called company. These people are a joke.

      I placed an order on 12/3 that said processing for two weeks. I tried contacting the company by phone and held for an hour with no answer. I sent an online chat to be told it was waiting the carrier to be picked up. I waited a week and tired to contact again. I had to once again do a chat. I was told that they were experiencing shipping delays but rest a sure that my package would arrive by Christmas. I was offered a 10% discount on this order for the inconvenience. Two days later I got an email that my order was shipped. However it was only one item of the order and no discount was given. I tried calling again waited an hour for no answer. The recording on the phone suggested sending an email for a faster response. I sent an email and as of 12/23 no response. This company is terrible and horrific! Absolutely do not order from here!!! Something needs to be done about this company. Look at all the bad reviews! Beware! Do shop here!

      Deceptive sales practices I ordered a sweater from NY&Co for my new niece in law. I shipped it to her husband so just found out today that only the socks that I ordered were delivered. I waited for an hour for customer service then I chatted with 3 different agents. All of them refused to let me have a supervisor **me into the chat, cancel the gift that will be **ming at who knows when, and all told me I **uld return it. I started all 3 **nversations by saying this was shipped to Va and I am in ** so I cant return something in Va from ** . But begged for all 3 of them to get a manager involved as surely a manager can cancel an order. All 3 refused to reach out to a manager. One told me the reason I didnt get the sweater is they sold more than they had in stock. All other **mpanies put a sold out sign and dont take your credit card! At that time I **uld have bought something that was for sale versus this sweater that this company didnt even have to sell and doesnt know when they will. Now I was stuck paying overnight for a sweater from another ** so she had more than socks for Christmas and NY&Co **uldnt even send out and email letting me know the sweater would be delayed and giving me another option. So now I have been deceived, they are still stating that they are going to charge me for a sweater that hasnt shipped that is no use to me now, and so I asked them to make me whole. one agent dis**nnected the chat and another offered me $10 verses the $38 I was asking for. I will never do business with them again

      I want to clarify that the charge on the sweater that they will be charging is for one they havent processed or sent out. They wont cancel at all even though I am saying dont process dont ship. I dont want it. I didnt know you didnt have it when you sold it to me

      I purchase items on Nov. 23, 2022. I have only received 1 package and I was missing 2 items. I still have not received the rest of the items and I am being charged. These items were for Christmas gifts and well no gifts will be given. This is really frustrating. I cannot get of hold of customer service. I stayed on the line for almost 30min and no one answered. This is very disappointing. At this point I just want my money back. But cannot even cancel the order.

      I would give them 0 stars if I could . Customer service is terrible. They are incompetent and cannot solve any issues you have . I have waited for hours waiting to speak to someone.I will never order from them again and have cancelled my card . I am being shipped the wrong order after waiting for weeks.Beware buyers

      Placed an order 2 weeks ago, order was not even processed and they refuse to cancel the order. Poor customer experience and no reply to my emails, messages on ********! Starting to believe it is a scam because this never happened before. we are 3 days from xmas and my folks won’t have their gifts as expected! Ignore the appealing deals, this has been a nightmare so far!

      I use to be a frequent shopper of ************** but will never shop there again! I already thought it was unfair that a company who is online only didnt offer free returns However, Ive now had 2 orders processing for over a month; and they are holding $250 of my money! *** spent hours on the phone, trying to talk with someone, but they never pick up. It took about 2 weeks to receive a response to my email, and all they said was their warehouse is behind, and my request to cancel my orders was denied. I never received an order confirmation email. My items have not been shipped & customer service will not cancel my orders yet they are holding my money. Also, since the order will now be VERY late (if it even comes), I wont need it anymore. And based on the companies policies, I will have to pay to return whatever I receive, and then hope they refund me faster than they ship??? This is ridiculous!

      Horrible customer service! I ordered an item on Nov. 25. Was told it would be delivered within a week. No delivery. I have called twice, waiting for over 30 minutes each with no answer. I have emailed 3 times with no response. When I check order status: processing. Isn't this called robbery???

      I have been getting the run around trying to get my refund that i have proof of delivery from **** They say give it 10 days when it was 25 days ago. This business is a scam and no one should ever buy from them. I was told to call customer service and it has been over 45 minutes without an actual person. SHUT THEM DOWN.
