      Placed an order on October 11, 2022 my card was charged, items were never shipped. I requested for a refund. Still havent gotten my refund. **************** will not answer calls or return emails

      This company is a scam. I made an order a month ago and it still hasnt shipped. I complained and they told me it would ship soon and they sent a tracking number and said it was finally shipped. A week later I check the tracking number and it hasnt been shipped. These things I ordered are for Christmas. I will never buy from them again. Very disappointing.

      New York & Company is in the toilet with their business ethics. I placed an order on 12/7/2022 and paid for shipping in 5-7 business days. Its 12/16/2022 and there is no tracking information, no response to email inquiries, and no one answers the phone. Im going to dispute their charges on my credit and and never do business with them again.

      I ordered several items on Nov 2 and did not receive them until 10 business days later, even though my confirmation email said it would take 5 to 7 business days. I returned multiple items using their prepaid label on Nov 22 and got a receipt from **** My tracking number on the receipt shows that my return was delivered to their facility on Nov 28. Their website says returns will be processed in 7 to 10 business days. It has now been 13 business days and I have not received confirmation of my return or a refund. I emailed to ask about my return and simply got an email restating the 7 to 10 business days for processing. I attempting calling twice and there was only a busy tone.At this point I am concerned that this is a scam and that I will not receive a refund for the items I returned.

      Just like similar reviews, I would provide zero stars if possible. I placed an order on 11/20/22 (almost a month ago) and have just received one item out of the order (which was also the wrong size). I have attempted to reach out via email multiple times and have yet to receive a response. Concurrently, I have called their support number repeatedly and have spent a minimum of an hour on hold each time. I was only able to get through once and the representative was entirely exasperated and provided no help whatsoever. I was finally able to get a hold of someone via chat today and, again, I received the same response regarding my items. They are in the fulfillment process. Items do not take over a month to be fulfilled and then shipped.When asking for a replacement for the wrong item shipped, I was also informed that they do not do replacements. I would have to return the item and then receive the refund. By the experience of how long it is taking for my items to ship, I know it highly unlikely for me to receive a refund. Furthermore, when I asked for the corporate number, I was told that there was none. After I asked for a managers number, I was informed that the manager does not have a direct extension line and that the only form of contact was to the customer service line.This ********************** is deliberately scamming customers by offering deals, not being able to fulfill the orders, and then providing no form of contact in which the customer can reach out with issues.They are ultimately stealing business not only from other companies but stealing money from customers.

      They sell merchandise they do not have. Then act like they are running behind but they simply do not have what is advertised. They will not cancel orders regardless if they have not even shipped item. I ordered my jeans on the 9th. It has not been shipped yet and it is the 14th. They will charge you a **** return fee. I will not get my jeans in time for the occasion I bought them for. I wanted to cancel since they did not ship. They will not cancel under any circumstances. Do not use this company. I see a class action suit on the horizon

      I wish there was a way to give ZERO stars. BUYER BEWARE! They will take your money, not ship the items and then when you call you wait for 2 hours just to be hung up on without ever speaking to anyone! Also, they dont answer their emails. Seriously the worst company ever. I used to order from them all the time when the stores were open but after this experience they have DEFINITELY lost a customerand it looks like Im not alone. They need to be shut down.

      They notify me that order has been shipped after 2 weeks from date I placed the order. It will take another long time for order to be delivered. In addition, the list items they have shipped are not complete. It will take forever for the item that has been shipped. Or worst, if I ever receive it....

      COULD NOT COMPLETE WITHOUT SELECTING A STAR OR THEY WOULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN ANY! DO NOT ORDER FROM **&C. They are not the same company, The quality of the clothes are poor. You pay top dollar to receive inferior clothing The shipping is poor. Even if you pay for expedite shipping you may not receive the item. And that will take you to the worst customer service EVER! If you have a few hours to sit on hold to get someone that read from a script ".sorry to hear that, your order is on the way" But that is far from the truth. NEW YORK AND COMPANY OR **&C IS A SCAM AND DETERIORATED SINCE THEY BECAME ONLINE ONLY DO NOT ORDER

      Scam! Wish I could let everyone know! My husband bought me a coat from there, never received it and when he goes to customer service it gives you an "error" page.
