      I'm only giving 1 star because I had no choice. I had missing items and have since returned some of the merchandise back. Several weeks have come and gone and I'm still waiting ***** for you all to credit my account back. I've emailed them and put in a complaint with Afterpay as well and have yet to get any response back. Caution!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM *****!!!!!!

      I wiah i could give zero stars. This is not the same New York and Company thst i dealt with for years in the past. I ordered items from ******** and *** back in October 2022. I returned all of the items with the exception of two. I received a partial refund and have been trying to contact them for months now. I did speak with someone once who told me that my refund was being processed and I would be receiving it in a matter of days. To no avail. I have emailed several times and have not gotten any response back. I've tried calling numerous times and can only get a recording and music. I will not be ordering from them ever again. SCAM!!! I WANT MY REFUND!!!!

      I placed an order on 11/28 and I still have not received an email on shipping status and when you call they put your on hold for long periods of time. Then I called their Runway rewards credit card number and it's stating a balance is being subtracted. I will not pay for any products that I have not received yet.

      My COMPLAINT is the same as a number of comments I read. I placed an order for my 192 year old Mother, as Christmas present, on 11-28-2022, paid on my credit card and as of today, 12-08-2022, Tracking shows TRACKING NOT YET AVAILABLE. Placed call 1st call to CS was on phone for over an hour listening to the same recording over and over, waiting for a REP who never picked up. Same thing today when I called at a different time. Sent Email at address given...message stated: INVALID.I am another unsatisfied SCAMMED customer and want to tell anyone NOT TO ORDER ONLINE FROM **&COMPANY as they are not in business...dealing with some SCAMMERS??

      I ordered 11/24/2022, and have received any updates except that my order is processing. I tried chat option, email, and just held on the phone 1 hour with no answer. Help what do I do. I ordered over one hundred dollars worth of clothing.

      Placed my order on 11/28 and its still showing processing. I emailed the company and no response. After reading several customer complaints, this ********************** has bad business practices. They are not efficient. Ive called several times and was never able to get a customer service rep on the phone. I needed my item by Thursday 12/******* to an event and I will not receive it by then. I definitely have buyers remorse and will not purchase from them again.

      I placed an order with NY&CO on 11/26/22 and to this date I cannot receive my package. It is saying processing. This is ridiculous. **************** is awful. You cannot get to speak with anyone. I finally got someone on 12/5 and they are saying I cannot cancel order and cannot get my money back. They have already charged my bank account. Please people do not order from this company. **&CO SUCKS????????????????????????HELP!!!

      I ordered 14 items on Black Friday for my office staff. The items were all listed as in stock on my receipt, which I still have. 9 of the items arrived today. I checked my credit card and I have been overcharged. There is a second shipment coming in 6 days with 2 more items. There is a second charge on my card for those items, which is also an overcharge. I will still be missing 3 items for 3 people. On hold now for 37 minutes with customer service. I have no way to know if the other items will come and no way to get the charges corrected. I wish I had read the reviews before Christmas shopping on this site. Never again. BEWARE!

      Do not order from this company. They declared bankruptcy and apparently fired their entire customer service team. Ordered a shirt they said was delivered, it was not, I did not get it. On hold with customer service for almost an hour - twice, No one ever took the call. Emails ignored. I know I'll never get my money back. They are taking customers' money and not delivering the items - scam!

      Absolutely horrible, I used to love NYandCo when they had a physical location in my area, now they are strictly online only. Ordered over $200 worth of items and paid for expedited shipping (5-7 day) It took 19 days for my items to be received, and some of those items do not fit. Their return policy is 45 days from the date ordered so if the take 19 days to deliver your items that still counts towards that 45 days. Absolutely unreasonable, will never purchase from them again and I urge others to do the same.
