      Wish I could give them zero stars. I returned a few items since August 2022 and have not received my refund. They claim updates are noted in their computers but each time I call I have to explain why Im calling, then they place me on hold for very long. After the long hold they always say Ill receive my refund in **** business days but its been three months. At this point the customer service representative told me look out for an email from ******** I asked from who but she couldnt provide a name just said it will be from ********

      I place an order back in October and I havent received my purchase. They say they cant refund my items because one is processing. If its not in stock why not refund the money.. never buy from this store again..

      I received a pair of damaged pants and the company told me that the shipping to return this item would be deducted from my refunded amount. The process was for me to return the item and after the return was made, then I would have to call/email them again for them to refund the shipping portion of the refund. Oh, and they don't have a policy to replace my damaged item. So this company is essentially a predator, because they are banking on you not following through and they will be able to pocket the $6.95 and leave you with no replaced item. In all my years of shopping with them, I have only made returns into their brick and mortar stores, which no longer exist in my area. It's sad to see these companies decline into being very anti-consumer. However, I vote with my dollars so I will NEVER shop with this company again, and I would caution others not to shop with them as well. By the way, the garment quality has declined so I would no longer shop with them on that basis as well. I always bought the ponte pants and the materials have changed to the point where there is peeling after a single wear. I won't waste my time on the return and count it a bought *******

      I ordered on November 4th and paid for expedited shipping. Still have not recieved my order, and customer service still has not given me a shipping date. They said they could not provide one. Why pay for expedited shipping when they cannot provide that?

      DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!
      They do not or should I say have not delivered my $60 order of clothes. I've contacted CS and rece3 excuses so far. They charged my bank account...sent a shipping tracking # but it just says waiting for package at USPS.
      Seeking legal help now....read the posts on their ******** page for more disappointing information!

      the clothes that are made are of no quality..I purchased a pair of pants and I was sent a pair that are sewn incorrectly and one leg is higher than the other.

      This company should NOT be in business! I, along with many other after reading SEVERAL reviews, have been taken advantage of, given excuses and made us to blame for a package being sent out, promises not fulfilled! You name it this company has done it on the disadvantage side for the consumer! STAY AWAY FROM NY& COMPANY!! You will be treated like a low class citizen and blamed for what you ordered saying "well you are the one who chose economy shipping!"

      I need to speak with someone from Corporate. I have had multiple issues with shipping, and I have had representatives hang up on me, lie to me, and incompetent. Two separate orders have sat in the processing state past the time that I needed the items for. My company gives its company quarterly clothing allowances to shop here and I can feel sure after this experience we will be doing our shopping elsewhere. In fact, I already had to because my items did not arrive in a timely manner. I would prefer a member of corporate to reach out to me directly as the call center employees are useless. I have lost countless hours at work dealing with this and feel like at this point the only way to resolve this is to retain legal counsel.

      Never received order but they say they can do nothing about it because the carrier has it. I have never had a company tell me that before and refuse to do anything.

      Horrible! I placed an order on 10/15/22, and 3 out of the 4 items have still not been processed 2 weeks later, no updates. Nothing! I reached out to customer service, and they sent tracking for ONE item, a blouse. I emailed again asking about the order THREE items, no response. The blouse I received had button holes sewn shut! This company is trash now. I wish I could leave ZERO stars! Order at your own risk!
