      Same as the other complaints. This company owes me $70.00 and they will not answer my calls, texts, or emails. They created a return shipping label that I CANNOT print out. There is no known address to send these items back so I've been literally screwed. I will be contacting a lawyer!

      I ordered on March 27 and still NOTHING!!! How dare a company be allowed to simply steal money from American citizens. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!!! This is horrible and I'm p'd off!! I spend over $300 with this bogus company. If I could give them a negative (-5) I would. They used to be great and now it's TRASH!! I"m annoyed and want my MONEY NOW!!!

      I purchased an outfit on Friday, January 5, 2024 for the amount of $145.20. I received my order on Saturday, January 27, 2024. I assumed it took a while because we experienced a snow and ice storm in the *******, ** area. I had to return the outfit because it was too small. I requested for a refund and got a return confirmation email on Monday, January 29, 2024. Then on Monday, February 5, 2024 I received another email stating they have received my returned items. Then on February 10, ************************************************************************************************************************ promptly processing returns. Your return was delivered via NEWGISTICS on Feb 6th, 2024. We understand the importance of a timely resolution and want to assure you that our team is diligently working to expedite your refund. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and kindly request your understanding and patience during this time. Please accept a 15% discount* on your next order with us.AFTER THAT I HEARD NOTHING ELSE FROM NY&C. I have emailed, called, left voicemails, and tried to talk with the NY&C credit card that I purchased from and still NOTHING. I had to pay off my credit card so I will not be sent to collections because I thought by that time they would have credited my account. It has been going on three months and NY&C still haven't refunded me my money. I don't have money to just be wasting. I am very upset and disappointed. I am now seeing all these reviews and I wish I could have warned people about them before they spent their hard earned money with this company.

      I'm not sure what has happened to customer service with this **********************, but it has deteriorated. I have been shopping with NY&C since they were *******, and this is the very first time I have not to be able to speak with a human regarding my order which was partially received, heck I wanted to reorder, and give them another chance to deliver, but no one will answer the phone and they actually ask you to leave a VM or text the 1800 number . . . .can't be serious. Honestly, I want a refund. I knew I shouldn't have placed that order. SMH.

      I placed an online order with New York and Company in January 2024. Unfortunately I had to return the items. Per the customer service agent, Raine instructions. I sent them back via **** On 2/19/24 I received this email: Your return was delivered via *** on Feb 19th, 2024. Due to a high volume of orders, we are experiencing a delay in processing returns. Please allow additional time to receive your refund. On 3/5/24 I also received this email: We're Still Processing Your Refund. Your return was delivered via *** on Feb 19th, 2024. We are still experiencing a delay in processing returns. Please allow up to 41 days to receive an email confirmation once the process is complete. They even offered me a discount for he inconvenience. I do not want to order anything else. I want my money!! Its now 4/24/24 and they have not refunded my money. I have contacted customer service via email 1 dozen times and each time nothing. They ask that I send proof, I did. They are still saying they do not have any record that my return has been received. IT HAS.... and I sent PROOF. To add insult to injury. They still expected me to pay my bill, which I did. My balance is now at zero and I am out of merchandise and money. They refused to give me my refund. This is insane.

      I placed an order with New York and Company on 03/19/2024 in an amount over a $100.00. I have tried several times to contact New York and Company find out where my order is and to rectify the issue. I contacted **** they asked me to reach out New York and Company. I have not heard back from New York and Company since emailing them on 4/12/2024 and calling the ghost phone number that goes nowhere. I find it very odd and very strange that there is no one to speak with at New York and Company to take care of this matter. I am requesting that New York and Company return the money that have been paid for this order. My order was scheduled to arrive on 04/04/2024. A claim was filed on 04/12/2024, and via email and by **** I have never experienced customer service as bad as this before. I will never order anything online from New York and Company ever again. This is very disappointing and frustrating.

      My review is like all the other reviews listed here. Ive sent countless emails and called their bogus customer service number where no one answers. I cant believe this business is allowed to get away with stealing customers money like this!

      I have been shopping at this store and online for years! It is really disappointing that I placed and order on March 29th was charged on the 30th and they created a shipping label on April 1st then nothing!!! No merchandise, No answer to my literally 30 calls, no call backs, no response to the two emails nothing! I want my money back NOW! How can this be legal you can not just take peoples money and just expect them to forget about it! Please give me my money now order # N3500744. No one can claim my refund so *********** the card that you charged!!! Please and thank you...You guys used to be the best and why do you advertise all this nice stuff and your not delivering!

      They received my return 2/12/24. As of today 4/21/24, I still have not received my refund. Multiple emails were never answered. And no people are at the customer service line. The initial email they did send said Id have my money within 41 days. Seems unreasonable, but better than never. Sadly I believed it, and now too late to go back to my c/c company for refund.

      I ordered shoes, but never received them. wrote several emails, contacted the "customer service line" - never received a response!!! and they finally emailed me back a month later and told me sorry for the inconvenience, maybe check with neighbors and friends to see if they had them, even though I explained the delivery person handed me the package!!!!!! I have bought thousands of dollars of clothing and shoes from this company! never again!!!!
