      I ordered a dress on 3/14/2024. It was perfect dress for an affair I was attending. I never received the dress. I've called the listed and left several messages and no one has returned my call. I have sent emails to the @ support and no one has emailed me back. I would love to have my money returned to my account. No response at all means No ratings!

      This company is horrible I was received a womens top I ordered online that was defective I cant fit my head through the neck hole now NYAND ** WANTS ME TO PAY SHIPPING **ST TO RETURN ! Really. Then another top in the same order I never received a month waiting its still sitting in a pre shipment stage when I check online and they told me it cant be cancelled! Really ! This company should not be allowed to conduct business its so bad

      This company is the worst when you ordered on line. I spent more than $100 on clothes and I never received my order. I called *** and they confirmed that they return my order to the remittance. I have the proof from ***. I requested my money back or to resend my order and they said that my ordered was delivered. *** said that was delivered in ** and I live in **.I called customer service several times and no one answered. I sent emails to them and nobody helped to resolve the problem.Never order on line. They steel your money and sent it back your order to them.

      I placed an order on March 25 and received a confirmation number. As of today, April 11, 2024, I havent been able to talk to or had any communication with the company. It says that a label has been created and thats it!! I have sent several emails to them since this is how they want to communicate. No phone numbers or customer service. Very unprofessional.

      I placed an order online March 26,2024 for a jumpsuit. I paid an additional $9.99 for 3 to 4 business days. The money was deducted from my card but I never received my jumpsuit. I never received an email about my purchase. I called the customer service line and no live agent never picks up. The voice message tells you leave your email address and the reason and someone will contact you. No one has contacted me via email. I have emailed them at the email address given with order number several times and no one has responded nor have I received my refund. They took my money and the credit card line wont help. I cant get my money. No one should order from New York & Company. They will take your money and not send your purchase and there is no one to contact for help.

      I never received an order that I paid expedited shipping for. I contacted the company 3 times by email. I received one generic response that said check back. Well, I did, but they never responded to that email. There is no customer service phone number unless you have a credit card with them. So I'm out $70 and can't get ahold of anyone at the company. Never again.

      Absolutely 0 stars! The only reason I give one star is because a star is required. They give false phone numbers to call. The ONLY live person you able to talk to is their credit card service. I placed an order March 12 and only received a tracking number that shows nothing! Ive called 4 times with no call backs. Emailed with no responses. Its either ship my order that I have payed for or refund me back the money!

      I don't know what happened to this company but they are terrible to work with now. I placed an order over 2 months ago. The products arrived a different size, it took 2 weeks to finally get someone to respond to an email and I was asked to show proof I received the wrong items by asking for pics and then days later asking for pics of the packing list, all interactions took days to respond. I finally got a return label but was still charged for shipping from the original order and for the return of the wrong product sent. **************** is non-existent and when they do pop in they couldn't care less. Still waiting for my replacement, it's been 3 weeks and no one will respond. I do not recommend buying from this company anymore. They used to be my go to for work clothes, I now remember why I stopped. There are much better clothing companies to buy from that actually value their customers and don't steal your money.

      I have been waiting since the beginning of February for my refund. I returned a few products that I purchased, they confirmed the return. I then received an email telling me to wait 41 days before I can get a refund/credit. In the meantime, they are sending me bills that I have to pay to avoid a late fee. I wouldnt have an outstanding bill if they refunded me my money. I absolutely hate dealing with unprofessional people!! Also, when you call, you are automatically put on hold. No one ever answers the phone call. Ive been scammed and this company needs to be shut down immediately!!??

      I purchased 2 items from ******** *** on March 9th and i can't seem to get any updates on my items. My acct eas charged the same day and the money came out. The tracking number they sent me for **** states retailer has not released information about the package. I tried to call several times but you het 2 min of music and a message to leave your email address which no one rver contacts you. I am frustrated because I ordered these items to take on my trip and I can't get any information. They should not be in business if they can't do sny better than this. I will not use again Pls help me get to the bottom of this issue
