      On March 11th, I placed my first order with the company and I wish I would not have done so.My debit card was charged the same day and I received an order number and an email confirmation at checkout, but 2 weeks later I still have no merchandise. When I check my SHOP app it say that the merchandise has been shipped; however, when you track the shipment through **** it says that **** is currently awaiting package. I assume they have only made a **** shipping label and no merchandise has been sent out. I tried to call the customer service several times during their business hours, but it sends you to voicemail. I have also sent two emails in the last 2 weeks regarding my issue. I would like them to contact me and provide a refund.

      **&Company online did not refund me for items returned by mail. Contacted **&Company customer service numerous times after a month of no reply get the same reply from their customer service: our warehouse has not confirmed the return yet and apologize for your inconvenience. Returned items in Jan 2024. Do not purchase from this company the warehouse keeps your returns. Also charge return fee.

      I purchased some items on line on January 14, 2024. Within 3 hours, I sent an email asking for help to cancel the item. No one ever reached out, I suppose because it was a weekend? I received a response to my email, 3 DAYS LATER, that said they could only cancel within ***** hours. Hmmm, that is what I requested to do. I responded explaining it had only been hours and not days when I emailed the request to cancel. The response was that I was not in the alotted time for cancellation. I'd also like to comment that during this email exchange, I was also attempting to call. After numerous attempts, a rep by the name of *****, did answer. I explained the situation and he said there was nothing he could do except made this offer. Once I receive and return the ****** ******* verified receipt of the ****** I would be refunded the cost of the ****** PLUS ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES! I have an email showing this offer and decided that was a satisfactory offer. I received the items and immediately returned them. Next I did receive an email confirming receipt by NY&Co. I forwarded all emails to ***** to have him initiate the refund of shipping and handling. That email is dated 3/2/24. The email was returned because "the receivers box was full". I attempted to call, but was put on hold and after 5 minutes, was asked to leave a message. From 3/2/24 I have called at least 4 times and left a message. I was able to get an email through, but NO RESPONSE. This whole transaction has guaranteed I will never shop with NY&CO again. I am still fighting for the refund of shipping and handling, but I highly recommend that shoppers think twice about dealing with this fraudulent company. Thank you.

      I haven't received a refund it has been two months. Unable to reach anyone by phone. I like the quality of their clothing it just trying to get a refund is awful. So unprofessional and very disappointing. They are scammer.

      This company used to be very reliable and trustworthy, it seems once they went strictly to on-line their credibility diminished. I ordered some items back in January, some of the items where not what I expected so I returned them, the company sent me a confirmation that they received the returned items on 2/16/24. I have not received anything from them since. I have reached out to them and received no response from them, so Im thinking they just took my money and merchandise at my lost with no regard to their customers. Its a rip off. My advice to the next customer is DO NOT deal with this **********************.

      I returned an item at the end of January 2024. Here it is March and I have received no refund. They confirmed that they received my item but still have not processed my refund.

      My complaint is two-pronged. First, I ordered online in late January/ early February (package arrived Feb 13) and was sent the wrong product (color AND size). Second, in my attempts to return, I ran in to several issues. First, I emailed for directions on how to return (the return label was NOT attached to the packaging) and never got a response. I attempted to call 3 times across a few weeks, left messages (with all of my contact information) and never heard back. A second email I attempted to send was returned to me because the help inbox was full. The lack of response and engagement is EXTREMELY disappointing.

      My complaint is on two returns that I mailed back in December 2023 and January 2024,it's the end of February 2024 and still have not receive my refund back. When you call to speak with someone from customer service you never speak with anyone the phone directs you to leave a message for them to email you. Usually when a business or company starts this foolishness they are going out of business and(stealing customers money).This is so frustrating and disappointing for me after being a long time faithful customer. I DONT WANT A CREDIT, the same way how I paid them I deserve my form of payment back. Not to mention one was a cancellation "that they made me put in as a return to make my order less than what I paid "which that wasn't right!!!!!! And they sent a email saying "that I would be issue a refund and that was in January' and still nothing was posted to my account.
