      I have the same issue, Im trying to contact for sending me a different order and no one is responding. Left a tone of voicemails and the email address that is on the website is not working. I am going to contact local new because this is non sense. Ill give them a 0 not a 1.

      I had purchased merchandise from New York and Company on 2/10/24 and my package arrived on 2/24/24. I opened my package, one of my items was not inside the package. I ordered 8 articles of clothing but only seven of them were in the bag. I have been trying to contact ******* and Company via phone and email but will receive an undeliverable message. This is unacceptable and unprofessional on *********** ********& ** should not be in business if they can not respond to their customers.

      I signed up for New York and Company Closet back in August. The box arrived and nothing fit according to the size chart provided. I immediately sent it back and emailed the company and never got a response. I emailed them 3 times to try and cancel this subscription and no response. My bank and I have tried to figure out how to resolve this and cancel through the website and the page does not exist. We tried calling the number provided and it is just a busy signal. Ive been charged every month since August and have yet to receive any more subscription boxes. I feel like this is fraud.

      I am waiting for my refund for clothes I returned to NYCO on October 28, 2023 via ***** Last communication with customer service was Dec 2023. The ********************** had confirmed that they received my returned clothes in Lancaster warehouse. I purchased the clothes on Oct. 11, 2023.Their email is undeliverable and their customer service is a joke. I've texted, emailed and called without success. I contacted my bank to dispute charges and that process takes 30 days that they give company to respond. I appreciate your assistance Thank you,**************

      Im writing to make a complaint regarding my order. I placed my order on 11 Feb **** and paid $9.99 for 3 to 4 day shipping. My order did not arrive until 21 Feb ****. As a result, Im writing to get a refund on my shipping cost. I emailed customer service email twice and each time received an email delivery statement which says the following The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly. I also called the customer service number and left my information and Im still waiting on a response. This is totally unacceptable and I truly regret purchasing from them.

      I returned an item that fit terribly and it shows it was delivered January 15th. I still have not received my refund. I have emailed multiple times but their inbox is full, I have called but they don't answer, and I have left voicemails which they don't return. Complete waste of money.

      **************** The customer service is terrible because you cant get hold of anyone on the phone or email and text I returned a order over a month ago and I havent been able to get my refund or talk to anyone on customer service. And my return has been received by the company but theyre not refunding my refund or giving credit and no response on all communication. I am very frustrated and disappointed with this company.

      I placed and returned Nov. 29,2023(order # N3184765 $308.95) wrong items requested refund on several occasions to many to list but I have documented and hastily fearing out of stock I placed another order Dec. 13,2023 (order# N3258056 $279.85) wrong items I did speak to help desk was told to take a picture of each item so I will not be charged for return and I did, returning items I have requested refund on several occasions documentations,all items are showing returned in my account I'm still waiting on my refunds

      Terrible customer service and a total rip off!! If you call there is no response and if you email the mailbox is full. I placed order on January 22, **** and only received a partial order. **************** representative emailed back that I should track down my missing package although my front door camera clearly shows only one package delivered. I should have read the reviews before ordering. I will not order or recommend ************* to anyone. BUYER BEWARE!!!

      I returned the order in November 2023. Its now February ****. I have the print out from the post office that clearly states it was returned to New York and Company with the return label and they are still trying to charge me for the purchase that I returned. I emailed numerous times with no resolution being offered New York and Company sent me a letter stating they never received the merchandise ****** ??
