      Absolutely a scummy company, they didnt cancel my subscription the first two times I tried and keep charging me to send me products I dont want. 1 star is far too many for this company.

      ************* is cute and good in theory but i bought my first month plus an extra case which totaled around 30 dollars my scent was a regular scent so it required no up charge. The second thing i purchased was another case i planned to use and keep in my pure and i was charged around 20 dollars for that. However there was an extra charge of 10 dollars and i have no idea what it was for. I have emailed them requested help on their website Directly messaged them on instagram and left multiple comments on their insta posts. AND STILL NO RESPONSE! I honestly dont know i was trying to get it cancelled before my charge went through. They claim to have fast customer service but they will not even respond to me. I honestly done know what to i have frozen my card in hopes they will reach out and solve this but if i cant i will have to call the credit card company and file a dispute. I wanted this to work so bad but i just dont know what else to do. ?????????

      I would leave 0 stars if it were possible . I was a new subscriber. I added a fragrance to my cart which showed the total I would need to pay. I was charged the amount for the fragrance. Later on, they shipped me a different random fragrance and not the one I actually chose . I reached out letting them know this. An agent said shed replace the fragrance but when I checked I saw that she didnt correct the issue. I was still sent a random fragrance I dont like and didnt choose. I sent multiple emails and even a message on instagram. This is so upsetting to charged for something I dont want and is false advertising.

      It's a rip off! I paid for the first month, fine! No problem! So then I was charged $29.00 for two samples of perfume that smelled like bug spray! Since then, I had tried to cancel for well over a month, $58.00 later I am finally able to cancel. And then when I think I have cancelled, I go back to make sure and it was only put on hold, so I went back AGAIN and cancelled the entire subscription! FINALLY! They make it way way too hard to cancel! I really wised I'd come here first before ordering to read some reviews! I'll come here every time I want to order something! Which it is sad that I have to do that!!!
