      They dont deserve any starts. They scammed me. They told me I cant cancel once Ive placed an order so I said ok and they told me to wait more than 30 days to get the product. It didnt come and I was patient. Now they claim they cancelled it when I asked but they wont give me a refund. They got free money out of me and offered to charge me even more.

      I got a subscription for fragrances and was a customer for a whole year. I didn't have a single bad experience and even recommended this to some people. I remembered when I first subscribed that I would have to cancel before getting billed or the beginning of the month, so I made sure to cancel beforehand. I sent an email on August 29th, got no response apart from the generic "we received your email". When I got billed on September 9th, I immediately forwarded a response on the same email chain requesting again for it to be cancelled. Surprise, I got a response that same day that they cancelled it, but couldn't refund me because no request before September had been sent. They lied straight to my face which is insulting, especially since I have a trail showing otherwise, and therefore turned such a positive experience to a horrible one. I would NOT recommend this service, any part of it, to anyone. It's not worth the headache. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

      Horrible. I ordered and my first perfume smelled awful. Not a lot of name brand perfumes so I decided to cancel. You can't do this yourself so I had to email in. I got it canceled supposedly and now I get an email that my next month order is being processed. Scam scam scam. I'll be filing a charge back for this sketchy charge.

      In Aug. 2024, a charge was on my credit card to this place which I never heard of . Called credit card company and it was taken off. A new credit card was issued to me. This month Sept.2024 the same amount was credited to my NEW card. This is FRAUD. Credit card flagged this charge and company. please shut them down.

      Charged my credit card on 9.09.24 for $9.11 and on 9.10.24 for ***** at 3:35am. No phone number for them. Only email. No response. Froze my credit card and will have to order a new card.

We offered a 50% discount for your first month, which is why it was $8.47 (excluding taxes).The only reason you would be charged a second time is if you upgraded your subscription to receive a second fragrance or if you chose to get a premium fragrance by adding it to your queue for that specific month. Premium products cost an additional $5, $10, $15, or $20 which youll see reflected on the product page and in your queue. Your monthly subscription price will only increase for the month that youve selected a premium product in your queue.       ZERO STARS! My debit card was FRAUDULENTLY charged by scentbird and I have never been nor will I ever be a subscriber. Website chat and support is ATROCIOUS, pretty much patronizing and I can not get ahold of anybody to dispute the transaction! F*** YOU SCENTBIRD!

      I signed up for this subscription a little over a month ago and received the first box. I initially tried to cancel by email, as that was the only option available at the time (now I think you can do it in app probably because of all the complaints.) When I didnt get a response, I thought my request was processed. However, weeks later, I was surprised to find a recent charge on my account. After reaching out again to cancel, I received a link to complete the process. I also requested a refund and provided evidence of my earlier cancellation attempt, but unfortunately, I was ignored by their customer service team. I even made this request before my box was even shipped out. (In addition to the request I made at weeks prior.) I highly discourage anyone from using this company. They not only have a subpar selection, but their customer service is either nonexistent or just does not care.
