      In all their automated responses here they say they dont want to make canceling difficult, well thats very obviously not true. I have emailed multiple times to their support email with no response, and have not been able to cancel on the mobile app. It is obvious they want to keep getting your money, so they make it difficult. You should not have to write an email or download an app, you should be able to cancel on the website like any other subscription service. I do not want people who cant afford it or need to cancel to have to deal with this!

      Cancellation process seems purposely difficult to keep customers stuck and paying. Company clearly values its predatory practices over customer satisfaction.

      I signed up thinking I was going to discover great scents. The options werent so good but I was still optimistic! I received my first two smells and wasnt satisfied. I go on the website to see that you cant cancel membership from there but to email. I sent a email asking to cancel membership beginning of July and no response, I guess it wasnt received. Anyways I forgot about it and seen I was charged today. Emailed to cancel membership again and asked for a refund cause I was charged this morning and I cant get a refund for it? Crazy work, you cant even send anything back. Now im stuck with scents I dont even want.

      Do not have an easy way to cancel subscription. I sent email to cancel to support within their designated time frame, ANOTHER email before the order was sent and a third email after it told me the order was already sent asking to cancel and be refunded and to not ship the order. They will not refund me even though I showed Them proof of the email.

      I had a terrible experience with Scentbird. It took nearly a month to receive my fragrances, which was already frustrating enough. But then, they charged me $45 for another subscription, even though I hadnt finished the last scents due to the delayed delivery. When I requested a refund, their response was basically, "No, you're going to get what we send you and we're keeping your money."The lack of customer service and respect for their customers is appalling. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Please be warned and save yourself the trouble. Scentbird is not worth it!

That's certainly not what we want for you.Your orders ship from our facility within 5 business days and are typically delivered by the post office within 10 business days of your billing. Reviewing your account, I see that your order arrived 2 days over that timeline so we apologize for that.Your subscription renews automatically each month as long as it's active, and your billing date is scheduled for the same date each month, and that's when your order begins processing.       I had buyers remorse after purchasing on an impulse, a few minutes later I decided to cancel my subscription right after purchasing. I received a confirmation from Scentbird that my subscription was canceled but every 30 minutes to an hour they keep charging my card for different prices now its been 3 days of this continuous behavior so I blocked the merchant on my card but I can still see that they are trying to charge my card. It feels like a SCAM!

An extra charge can only come up with your subscription when you choose to upgrade your subscription for more items per month or add premium ones. We always give you a heads-up when you click on these options. Reviewing your account, I see that the items you added to your queue for the month, were premium fragrances. Premium products cost an additional $5, $10, $15, or $20 which youll see reflected on the product page and in your queue. Your monthly subscription price will only increase for the month that youve selected a premium product in your queue. We always let you know when you're adding a premium item to your queue, so there's no confusion.If the upcharge is unsuccessful, we make a few more attempts, so you don't miss out. If it doesn't go through, we send you the next non-premium selection on your monthly queue, so you get to receive something that month.Again, please accept our apologies for any confusion.       My husband and I have both tried to cancel my husbands subscription through their support email. After the first initial automated response, you will never receive a reply. Ive never dealt with such poor customer service in my life! I regret ever subscribing since its absolutely impossible to get this canceled.

      I wanted to try different scents and I did. Did not like. I gave it a shot 3 -4 months before deciding. I later tried canceling IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO CANCEL. They send you through loops ?? to cancel. They dont have a rep or an easy way. I sent them an email following the steps and 2 months later NOT ONLY IS IT NOT CANCELLED BUT THE SUBSCRIPTION IS HIGHER PRICED.

      No easy way to cancel a subscription! Their website gives you the run around when trying to close and cancel a subscription. They want you to email them, sent 3 emails to the email address they listed on their website to cancel my subscription and not response. Then I received another order in the meantime so got ****** and was searching to a customer service phone number to call. No number easily found, and another way to cancel your subscription was buried in their support help. Will see how long it takes them to respond this way.
