1 starI'm extremely dissatisfied with the unethical practices of Scentbird. While I enjoy the perfumes and the concept of the subscription, the fact that canceling the subscription is nearly impossible is unacceptable. The website suggests emailing customer service to cancel, but the email address provided is not valid. The link on the website to contact customer service is fake and useless. It's outrageous that I had to resort to seeking advice on Reddit, only to discover that the only way to cancel the subscription is to contact them on Instagram. This is simply not okay. Scentbird must address this issue immediately, either by overhauling its cancellation process or by being shut down.Review fromMolly N

They scent my order to another state and charged me. I never got a fragrance. Literally the worst subscription site. My first order never arrived...I checked it and it was sent to ******** and I live in *******. Smh! Stay away from these scammersScentbird Inc.

They stole my money 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard a thing from them. I bought a fragrance and subscription and I haven't gotten anything. They didn't send anything, only took my money. I don't recommend dealing with them at, save your money and go elsewhere. As a customer you aren't valued, only your hard earned dollars are.Scentbird Inc.

I used this service for a while, but then decided I wanted to cancel my subscription and found there was no way to do that. You could pause it, but they wouldn't allow you to cancel, just kept rerouting to dead links and a completely useless chat bot. I ended up having to cancel my credit card and get a new one. This kind of business practice should be criminal.Scentbird Inc.

I restated a subscription with them and had ordered 2 fragrances and 2 cases for each one. My card was charged over $25 for the subscription on January 12, ****. The email I received said to allow up to 10 business days for shipping which would have it ship around 1/26/24. Were now into a new month and I have yet to receive even tracking information. This company is one giant scam. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!Scentbird Inc.

Your January order was your second with us, marked as delivered on February 8th. It's important to note that Scentbird ships in batches, and for recurring subscribers, packages typically leave our fulfillment center 5 business days after billing (shipping time to be added). Additionally, due to the hazardous nature of our fragrances, ground shipping may take up to ten business days for delivery. One of our Customer Experience agents has already refunded your January payment on February 11th to avoid adding any more frustration than has already occurred. I can confirm that your subscription is fully canceled, and you won't incur any future charges. Their customer service is done only by AI bot.my mother has tried multiple times canceling her subscription has tried multiple times and even on the website they make it very clear they don't want u to cancel. This company will continue to take money even after the fact . I feel as a consumer this is very misleading this is not very customer friendly. ?? I received my first month subscription but they then turned around and charged me $42 the next month. They say they sent my order and nothing has come. And they dont have any customer service agents to speak to so they dont have to answer any questions when they take your money and send you nothing Ive tracked my order and they all say call merchant. They send thru DHL commerce first and then ***** I Dont know but it never reached **** they are running an inside scam within the 2 businesses and I have cancelled my card and ordered a new one they cant charge because the option to cancel is not clear. I will be filing a small claims suit against the business and do not recommend anyone use them. Scammer and thieves.Scentbird Inc.
